Im fucked off watching the shite that has been served up over the last few years and i don't see it getting any better. The buck stops with the manager, i cant wait until we get back to watching decent football. IMO we wont get it under Ally.
Its fucking boring, boring, boring.
I think we have been playing some decent football. Not today but definitely at Ibrox. Cammy Bell is always looking to roll the ball out to one of the defenders and Black and Law are good players in midfield to keep possession.

People saying Daly did not play well but he had very little service. Missed a good chance but apart from that he didn't have a chance to get into the game.
-
You have to give them more than 1 game together before making a judgement.
To be honest, I'm not a Daly fan, didn't rate him for the tangerine cunts either, but he will be on good money and so will invariably play.
Sorry I wasn't judging them, they do need more than one game. I thought last week we needed to go more direct with the two up front having Clark feeding off Daly's flick ons. But with the regular 4-4-2 I thought we missed someone playing between the opposition midfield and defence to link the play.

Poor performance, but still 3 points.
Only moments of quality came from Law and Little.
People get on the back of Foster but the real shocker today was Templeton (lovely pass for the goal though). McKay did more in 10 minutes than the overrated Templeton did in 80.
No problem with Little on the right but we need 2 up front (Daly and Clark).
Did you think daly and Clark did well up front together against Arbroath last week?

Thought at 4-4-2 we missed someone dropping in or being in the space between their defence and midfield to link the play. Felt we missed Black collecting the ball from the defence and hitting some switches of play. If we go with this formation again we need to play with wingers who have pace or who can take a man on.

I remember Julian Rodriguez getting taken off at Dunfermline after about half an hour when we lost a cup game. I think it was not long after Le Guen left.

This means we don't have to be in any rush to sign Pandza if Ally still wants him?

It shuts at 11 or 12 tonight.

Thought Faure played well on Saturday but in my opinion the defence looked like it lacked experience once Cribari went off. I thought we looked like there was a chance we might concede in the second half.

Just like tonight, I think we will start to see all the real rangers performances when all the new signings are able to play regularly.
-
Liked everything Green had to say. People can say he talks a good game but so far so does Jim McColl and Paul Murray. When have they ever put up any serious money?
-
Did the ramsdens cup game count as one of Daly or Law's 2 trialist games?
-
Perhaps with a more creative/talented player in the role. Sadly Black is no Pirlo......
Yeah you're right but the principle is still the same. I actually think Black has a better range of passing than he has shown at Rangers so far.
-
Not all the time is the deep lying midfielder simply used for defensive purposes. Sometimes that player can be used to get the ball from the centre halves to start play from the back. Black was doing that quite a lot against Albion Rovers last week.
-
I don't think it's any conincidence that the poor performance came when we had to play last seasons team. I think the players should be taking the blame, not Ally.

Yeah I agree it is difficult for him to be effective when he is up front on his own. He has set up a few goals this season though and is good for winning headers both attacking and defending corners.
