I liked MW's comment after the Hamilton game that the subs came on and everyone agreed they changed the game. Then he threw in that a large part of it was due to the earlier players tiring out the opposition. So keeping possession and making the opposition run around is definitely one of or maybe our main strength.

Two things about GB watch the youtube clip of him scoring against Chelses when chopper Harris tried to half him in two. He just shrugged his body and carried on to stick the ball in the net. Second point the number of times he was being jostled by a defender and he would hit the ball of the defemder's standing leg making the guy try to hit the ball but ending up with his legs almost in knots. A genius who was def flawed but most of them were back then.

Was on holiday last year in Spain and got talking to an English guy around the pool who supports Bournemouth. He told me that out and about if he got talking to tims all they spoke about was The Rangers.

I get pissed off with them as I sit in the Govan 4 seats to the right of a passageway and can't see what is going on when we are attacking due to them rushing out. Especially when they stop to see what is happening on the field. Fecking pests.

Still say only punishment is/was to take the cup off them. This is the only punishment that will really hurt the Hivs fans as seriously it was not the club itself that caused the bother and fines/sanctions won't bother the exhuberent fans. Don't even mention banning the hivs fans from games fek sakes most of them don't go to games.

Sorry to rain on your parade but Davie was your classic winger absolutely unbelievable one half & dire the next. It is fortunate we have some good footage whereas very little of Willie Henderson, Bud Johnston or wee Tam McLean who were every bit as good if not better than him. So the OP does a brilliant piece on scum, their fans, politicians & lack of mhedia reporting far less condemnation and some complain it is in the wrong room. Fek sakes more people have probably read this in here than would if it was in the General Sports threads. There cannot be enough of us reading this.
