It isn't a lot of money granted and I wish every success for the organisation I think probably after everything I'm a bit jaded and suspicious about fans hard earned getting spent as it should. I'm not for one minute calling the honesty of anyone involved into question! Obv though beware that I'm a 'bead rattler' for any subsequent replies you may have. *fuckin bored emoticon* PS. This isn't sitting easy with me tbh. I joined up end of last year when disillusionment with the old board was at its peak for me. I signed up on the basis of every penny donated being used to buy shares. 5p in the pound isn't much to the individual but certainly starts to build up person by person month by month. I don't know much about advertising costs but I think that even with the cap of £5k this seems excessive going forward. I'm torn on this and have yet to vote.

Think we should calm down with the statues, busts and the like it's not madam Tussaud's. Less is more with that sort of thing IMO.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of favourable deal cut to benefit them. My mum went for a job with HMRC a few years back and the assessment centre and all interviews were held in parkhead. Pah.

I wonder what is going on behind the scenes. I find it crazy that Ally would gamble with his 'legend' status over amounts of money that to him can't be essential. That said we don't know the mans financial situation. Maybe outrage is highest in internet social circles and the average ger isn't so bothered. I don't know but I'm really disappointed in him.

Dunno if its true. My mate works for GCC and she seemed to think it was the case. Its emirates paying Celtic in case they need to use Celtics parking. And of course you are right it would be a rare event (Commonwealth Games?) That would require it. That's why it looks like a cut up if it was true.

It's bad news how much regeneration has been done over there. As you say GCC don't even try and hide it now. Apparently the Emirates arena pays a monthly 'rent' to them to use their carpark as an overspill if need be. They've got it all sewn up in Glasgow. Makes me sick.
