I think it's obvious that Tav is improving because he is playing alongside better players than last season.
It's as simple as that really.

Cracking player . As some have said the management team deserve enormous praise for bringing him to the club.Love his attitude and work rate too.
He can be a star player with us for 2 or three seasons then be sold for a healthy profit to and EPL club at some point in the future.

Niko just can't cut it at this level anymore. Kenny could be useful as an impact sub as others have said.

Don't know what to make of these allegations against him but I do agree with him, he's a very good manager who should have no trouble finding a job at a decent sized club.
Something doesn't add up.
If he has evidence that he has been smeared he should prove it and defend himself in the press - if he can.

Queens Park are respected at youth level and often get great results against SPL clubs so this is a very encouraging win and scoreline.
