Anyone heard anything more about Waghorn signing a new deal? Half expected it to be resolved around the same time as Tavernier *not that it matters given he has a few years on his current deal

Perhaps Warburton see's him as an option this season and that's why there have been no strikers brought in so far? Personally think he will go out on loan again but you never know.

Clark has had more than a fair crack at trying to nail down a place in the team and so far hasn't really delivered. He's scored some important goals but has never shown enough for me. Can't fault his attitude and commitment to the team but as much as I'd like to be proved wrong I just don't think he's good enough for Rangers - especially in the SPL. Waghorn being injured is a big blow (if he's out for a while) and when he's fit he starts as far as I'm concerned given what he's done this season. Saying that should be ok with the likes of Miller, McKay, O'Halloran, King, Forrester hopefully stepping up.

Given McKay, Miller, Holt and Halliday have all been rewarded with new deals recently - Do any of the players out of contract in the summer deserve a new contract? These are the players I think are out of contract: Bell Law Templeton Clark Forrester Shiels Gostomski For me a case could me made for Law, Forrester and perhaps Shiels (probably only as squad players) but apart from that the rest wouldn't be a great loss. Just wondering what others think?
