Come on Rangers WTF?

thats silly money £500k for someone so young with bags of potential. As some else said we got that for billy gilmour who had not even played a full match and we are selling arguably our prize asset (12 months ago) for half a million.

 

Even with only 12 months we should of been getting 2.5 million. Half a million pounds in English championship is nothing. 

[Will we put on a better performance tomorrow?]

Tomorrow night to me is all about the tempo and ensuring that we put our chances away early. I am hoping that alves starts as I can't see them getting many chances if he's playing. I hope that jack and niko start and would love to see a few of the new bits starting if they are match fit. Morelos and Herrera  or any one of the two starting is also a must for me.

 

This is a game on paper that we should easily win but as last week showed if we are not on top of our game then we could easily make this difficult for ourself. I am going for 0-2 win and hopefully an early goal to settle the nerves

[Lee Wallace]

Its his first competitive match since a bad injury and he will need time like the rest of the team to gel with the new players. I do not think that Dalcio helped him in anyway and that certainly made Wallace look further off the pace. 

I do not think that Beerman at this time is the natural replacement or should merit a first team place over Wallace but Wallace defo needs to improve big time or he will need to be replaced. 

As to should he captain or not? to me i do not think he does enough to merit captain but looking at the current team who could do a better job? Alves seems a good choice but is his English good enough i would not have a clue. With the exception of Alves i still do not see a natural leader / captain in the team.  I hope that Cardosa could become a captain quite possible he could learn from Alves over the next two seasons and then take on the responsibility as it would give him a chance to grow as player, understand the clubs needs and get better at English
