He does look a bit homeless sometimes lol. But I don't agree with this he's not big enough stuff. We hardly had people knocking down the door when we sacked Pedro. We need someone with experience and he's already showing he can get results in Scottish football.

If we aren’t going to give it to Murty full time we need to do our homework and not just appoint the latest SPFL flavour of the week. 

His record in England isn't that bad. He took West Brom to 14 wins a club record in the league. He also managed Reading to a Fa Cup Semi Final.  The guy has also shown he can outfox Rodgers at both west brom and Kilmarnock.  We should at least be contacting his agent to see if he's interested

Murty isn't going to be good enough long term for us. He's done well to steady the ship after the Pedro disaster but we need an experienced manager if we are going to stop 10.  We've seen several games now where he waits until 70 mins before making the subs regardless of how the game is going. It was clear to everyone that Cummings should have been on immediately after the red card. But he waited too late again until we were behind to react. Yes he is still learning but he is repeating the same mistakes. 

End of the season we need to approach Steve Clarke. He's turned that kilmarnock team around and I feel he can do the same with us.
