Goncharenko - Went to Russia like most people in that region do but it seemed there was too much politics at Kuban and he was sacked after 12 games or something. Still only 37 so will get a club soon no doubt! Riddersholm - 42, worked with Danish youth prior to this job. Got Midtjylland competing with a basically one club league and in the CL and this season is running away with the league. Wanchope - 38, Recently appointed head coach after winning the Copa CentroAmerica as Interim manager so maybe an unrealistic target. Was assistant with Costa Rica for 4 years. Tapia - 37, Won the Clausara for the first time in 5 years with a record number of goals. He's a local hero though so again maybe slightly unrealistic. Garitano - 39, took Eibar from the 3rd tier of Spanish football to La Liga and is looking likely to keep them up this season against all the odds as Eibar is the smallest city in La Liga history. Hailed for his attitude towards how he plays against Real/Barca. Potentially a very exciting manager. Vitoria - 44, won the League cup with both Pacos Ferreira and Guimaraes, been at the club for 4 years now. Santos - 35, highly rated in Brazil (Tim Vickery recommends), he done well at Curitiba then was sacked unfairly went to Bahia and struggled before being begged back to Curitiba. Another one I seen mentioned by somebody else was Thomas Tuchel which would be a very good shout. I just think these types of managers are ones we should be looking at. Thinking outside the box. For those saying they are horrible choices, Mark Warburton and Cathro aren't exactly miles better than them.
