Being in the situation we are, I thought it was a great opportunity to build the Rangers brand. Not just the club and fans, traveling to the lower league grounds, but also the style of football that we would play for years to come. Quality football, passing and movement, ball on the ground, working for each other, however it seems to me as though Ally is to set in his ways, and doesn't really have the skill set or coaches to implement this. I have said for the last few years, even when we had all our previous players that the quality of football we were being subjected to, week in week it, was woeful. Most of the teams in the SPL played better football than us, and it's scary to see that in some instances this is still the case in the 3rd division. I love Ally, for the player he was, and the man he now is and for everything that he has done for the club, but I just don't see him as the man to lead us back to the top playing a brand of football that is exciting, and can help us attract quality players in future years.
