Aiden McGreedy "is Forrest Gump with a football at his feet" -

Nguemos tackle on boyd was a straight red card, he missed the ball completely fs
From what I seen he got both of them
-
"Lafferty's a disgrace for trying to get Scott Brown sent off" That'll be the same Scott Brown who tried at every opertunity to get sent off
He didn't try, he succeeded

Was pissed right off with their coverage today pre-game all the talked about was what celtic need to do how they have rescued the title from the depths of failure e.g. interview with roy aitken. Also talking about robbie keane for a while. Overall pre-match only time rangers was mentioned was the 30 sec interview with smith.
Then at half time they show keane chances, the so called celtic pen claim, bougherras tackles and fortune chance. With no mention of edus disallowed goal or the 4 challenges nguemo had with NO booking.
And then we have Nicholas ranting and raving about lafferty after the game with a dig about his ability when brown tries to stick the nut on him definetly feel they need to look at their coverage and look at getting rid of nicholas because he is getting very personal about lafferty and its very poor professionalism on his part.
Lost a lot of respect for them today and they need to have a gough, goram etc next to that helmet at old firm games to fight rangers corner.
Agree completely, the pre-match stuff could have been retitled the Robbie Keane tribute. Still was worth it for the end of the game where they went to Neil McCann and then said they would speak to Nicholas in a couple of minutes. He looked like someone had just smacked his arse at that point. As for Nicholas, he's a very bitter and very unprofessional broadcaster in these types of games and does nothing but damage the broadcasters reputation every time he opens his mouth.

Why was Thomson giving him the old whisper in the ear pish with the arm round him?
Because they are best mates? Common Knowledge, used to share a flat when they were at Hibs.

Anymore videos at a better angle? also his walk of shame
Hahaha "cheerio cheerio cheerio"
Just found this:
sorry but the way he goes down is embarrasing
Eh? He fell over as did Brown and then got immediately back up. If he'd rolled about clutching his chest then that would have been different. He was doing what anyone else would have done and was looking for a free kick. The fact the referee sent Brown off was nothing to do with him.

My first Rangers game was at Ibrox in 1976. Can't remember who it was against but we won 1-0 and I missed the goal as I couldn't see over the guy in front of me. Someone also swiped my tammy off my head on the way out. He was promptly swiped by my dad and said tammy was returned intact.

I would assume he's referring to us having to sell more players in the summer and are unable to renew any contracts of players or the management team for that matter if a buyer is not found. That would leave us with a team consisting of journeymen and kids and no money to bring anyone in. That is a pretty bad situation and potentially far worse than the bank just calling in the debt imho.
All the signs of that being the case are there. Watch for more and more youth team players being bedded in between now and the end of the season. Fortunately the likes of Fleck and Wilson seem to be up to the standard required but will the rest of the youngsters be able to show the same level of skill and commitment required?
The other worry is of course that if a youngster does come through and excel he'll be viewed as a saleable asset by the bank and be sold on like any other members of the squad leaving us right in it.
I wouldn't be surprised if McGregor, Bougherra, Davis and Boyd all leave in the summer. I also wouldn't be surprised if they went for below the market value to ensure the bank got there money.
Worrying times are ahead. Still we have to look on the bright side. Celtic are doing there best to ensure we get the Champions League money guarantee for next season in early March.

This signing has worried me. Keane will rip the spl to shreds.
The way Keane has been playing for the last couple of seasons, the only thing he's going to be ripping is his underwear the first time some clogger from the lower regions of the SPL kicks him into row z.

65 K a week Celtic are paying
according to tonights ITV news
LOL. He's turning Celtic into West Brom. Overpaid primadonas who play nice football week in week out and inevitably get pumped the minute they discover the game involves tackling. Bring it on.

I'd rather have youth playing in position than experience playing out of position. McCulloch is not a central midfielder. Yes he can run about a bit, but the number of times he is out of position when Davis or Thomson are looking for a pass is ridiculous. Smith is a left back, DMB is a winger, Lafferty is a striker and Fleck is an attacking midfielder. I can't recall the number of times these players have all been played out of position and we sit back and wonder why their is no fluidity to our game. Add to that Whittaker who is so badly off form he doesn't merit being on the bench never mind the starting 11 and Weir who's legs have clearly gone and we have real problems.
My starting 11 with the current injuries would be
McGregor
McMillan Bougherra Wilson Papac
Lennon Davis Thomson
Fleck
Boyd Lafferty
Once Fit swap Edu/Mendes for Lennon and Broadfoot for McMillan. What harm could it possibly do to play some players in position for a change. Captains armband for me would go to Thomson who actually looks like he gives a toss. I never thought I'd say this but I can't wait for Broadfoot to come back in.

Haha, Hassleblank has obviously been sipping from Charlie's hip flask. Thought he was going to have a scanners moment.
-
11 seconds it took him to mention Celtic. Ha ha the guys a wank.

People calling this group easy
It's not easy, no European games are easy but we are capable of winning all the home games and should be capable of picking up points away, particularly in Romania. It's also just as easy to cock it all up.
-
w00t. Nicholas is probably thinking how to make that group sound out of our league. 'It's a tough draw' , 'Celtic would like that' , 'I used to play for Celtic', 'Have I mentioned 1967 yet?' all these and many more humorless anicdotes to follow from Charlie 'I spend too much time on sunbeds' Nicolas

Dennis Law looks like he just accidentally wandered on stage instead of the bar.

Sevilla and Stuttgart, happy with that, very happy and it's nice to see Man Utd with their customary bye into the next round

You dancer!!

So Charlie, what are rangers chances of doing well in the champions league:
"Rangers are skint, they will sell anyone they receive a bid for, they havent spent a coin, they cant afford walter smiths contract and they have let players go"
Nice for him to mention how well we could do on a PLAYING FIELD
Charlie Nicholas is a fuckin retard. He was an overrated player and a god awful pundit. He slags off Scottish teams for a living including his own beloved Celtic. The guy is fuckin goon.

Arsenal
Rangers
Atletico Madrid
Maccabi Haifa
To be honest, I don't care who we get given the money it's already generated.

Apparantly the old firm games will be shown exclusively on Sky with the rest of the games split between themselves and ESPN. What an absolute load of bollox. So if you want to watch all the games shown this season it will now cost you almost an additional £30 a month (Make that about £45 if you don't already have sky) but atleast you'll be getting some wrestling and cricket with the subscription. The SPL are a bunch of retards.
-
i already have the full sky package but i;m wondering how much extra i'll have to pay espn for a subscription for half the games setanta showed?
I'm more pissed off that I now have to fork out for both an ESPN subscription and Sky Sports if I want to watch all the games. What the flying fuck where the teams who voted for this thinking. Sky will be charging effectively twice as much as Setanta to the paying punter and the SPL will be getting half the cash. What a bunch of retards.

Not really, He's reverting back to making us hard to beat, which means he starts with one up front. Kenny Miller is the man for that. Will expect that Boyd will come on at some point in the Second Half if we change to 2 up.
