I'm not saying you can get an experienced player for one mil, i'm saying there should be a priority on the cash, and that one mil could be added to make something else. I'm not doubting my managers ability, as i was happy when he came back, i'm just mentioning how i would prioritise player purchases.

Can we afford to spend one million on "investment" players at this stage? We need definate first team players, Gerard pique, scott brown, A striker... then we need a subsitute keeper then we can afford "investments" for the future, to keep our first XI on their toes.

Walter is looking to get gerard pique. I think that would be a fantastic signing.
