  1. sports lawyer David Roberts is reported today as saying these directors whose clubs are voting no could well be on breach of their statutory duties to promote success at their clubs by listening to the fans. its obvious this should never have been essentially voted on by fans, I hope they've all got good lawyers.
  2. The players are all leaving We are getting bumped out the SPL No-one likes us (wow) No Europe for 4 years This is the hit we have to take for years and years of mismanagement, we will be lucky to have a club to support at all after all this has blown over. Time to roll over and take our medicine, the coming weeks will be shattering but has to happen. If we can come through the other side it will all have been worth it to rid the club of the cancer that has plagued us for a generation.
  3. if theyre on the same wages and are fucking off theyre about as loyal as a wet fart. fuck them.
  4. who cares about Portsmouth, I just read on Twitter somethin about Elvis being dead holy shit.
  5. It looks like we could end up getting the chance to be the only supporters probably in the world that have seen their team play in every ground of their native land. Every cloud has a silver lining and all that. If it does happen and we end up in div 3 there this really would be pretty fucking amazing and if we can manage to win all 3 trophies on the way back to the SPL what a journey it will truly have been. Bring it on, let's see our Rangers beat every single other in the whole country, fuck aye.

  7. been hearing that Green has failed to set up a bank a/c for the newco and any ST money that's come in is in the oldco's a/c. seeming the money will be available for creditors to take back for the next 4 weeks. thought this guy was a businessman? sounds like a total fuck up.
  8. "serious wrongdoing" in tthe sentence previous kind of infers that the invoices were falsified, no?
  9. forgery/false instrument, whatever it's called, im on about the faked invoices they speak of in the article. sure i read somewhere he was meant to have faked the proof of funds evidence.
  10. this hasnae even started to get ugly yet. this will be the only good bit of this mess, watching that dick trying to squirm his way out of it. We now have the government pretty much working for us, rooting out the cancer, surely there could well still be people at Ibrox who have had a hand in killing the Oldco? This will go on for years.
  11. just read this article from may 2012 with the claim that Whyte was making up invoices using clip art on a computer, http://www.scotsman.com/scotland-on-sunday/sport/tom-english-if-this-verdict-stands-it-is-going-to-be-an-indelible-stain-on-the-history-of-rangers-1-2291899 if this is proved to be the case there's a strong strong chance of Whyte going to jail. The maximum term is 10 years for this kind of forgery, struggling to find some kind of precedent on Google but i've heard that this is usually a custodial offence. If this is true the guy must be seriously off his nut, how could he ever think he would get away with it???? It looks like the more money involved in the forgery governs how severe the penalty is, so whether its 9, 15, 18 or 21 million or whatever theyve worked it out to be this week, it would seem that Whyte and Olverman could well be looking at a stretch for this. Which of course would be a wee shame for the prick.
  12. bittersweet is one word for it. I almost want to lose the big tax case now, it would be fucking sickening to think that that prick whyte could be the main one that fucked us up.
  13. I think it seems the BTC is now meaningless so what happens with that now, do they still come out with the result and get no cash for it or does it just get dropped and forgotten about? Im sure it suits HMRC to drop it now so they can go after someone else and fuck them up too, surely the result should still come out?
  14. ha thats where you might be wrong, they fucking haaaate losing customers, its the number one thing that drives them on, have you ever tried cancelling, its a fucking nightmare. £3billion or whatever is the grand scheme of things, they all have regional managers etc and they are all have to answer to why they are losing customers and what the fuck they are going to do about it. Yes the guy at the top of the pile doesnt give a fuck really but believe it or not its not really him that counts here. everything is relative on this one.
  15. The call centre staff have been given the following standard dialogue in an attempt to keep our business, "Whilst we appreciate and understand your concerns, Sky will continue to support all Scottish football teams and matches. Sky Sports News is always first for breaking news and any developments in this story will probably be on SKy Sports News before anywhere else." Believe me, losing thousands of accounts is fucking bedlam for Sky, they fucking hate it. If you want Rangers to stay in the SPL this is one of the few avenues that we have that we can actually do something about. I will take SPL or Div 3, I really dont care anymore, I just want to get back to watching the games like anyone else. But seeing our depleted squad hammering teams like the sheep could be a fucking magical way to prove how good our club really is. There are loads of cancellations coming in by the way, loads. And it's not just because of the end of the season.
  16. not sure of this has already been posted but just heard that, Rangers will play German lower league sides Eintracht Braunschweig and Arminia Bielefeld plus a Bundesliga team in a pre-season tour. can't see it anywhere else so might be bullshit.
  17. when i read it on BBC this morning it said he had quit haha.
  18. Great! Just to put my mind at ease can you tell me what you base this on?
  19. FIFA have allegedly told them to hit us with a sanction equal to or more severe so they can easily suspend us or worse.
  20. got ya. can count that out from happening then.
  21. Strange they would put it in the article 2 days ago that it was a possibility, maybe we can get hit with it twice?! "Lord Carloway, must choose from a range of specified punishments: a fine of £100,000, suspension from the Scottish Cup or suspension or termination of the club's SFA membership."
