Make a page on whatever you like as long as it is in some way related to the club. I was actually thinking about doing a page for the blue motors that were parked round the pitch in the past. Anyone got a picture?

Whatever you think is best mate, you are excellent at designing pages and layouts.

Good work whoever did the biography for Jimmy Speirs. I've not been adding them to most of the players I've done. Was it Samuel R Rutherford that did it?
-
Good work templ. Will get a few players done later, too busy playing Fifa 11

Aye the dvds and videos is a good idea, we have books and memorabillia but not that. We could break down the other staff bit and put chairmen separately. Thanks for the ideas and don't be afraid to have a go or ask for help to make a page. I had never done anything like this but it's easy to pick up the basics. I still couldn't do the stuff the other guys do

What kind of things do you want people to help out with fog?
Have a look at the To Do list or just have a look around and see if you can see anything. You can make a page on anything to do with Rangers.

Double post

If you want, it doesn't have much on it at all. Would need to contact the coach or one of players for more info.

Do you think instead of the Kit Makers and Sponsors links on the Main page we should have a link to a Kits page that then links to the Home kits, Away kits, Kit makers and Sponsors page? Will maybe make the kits easier to find.
-
And we could also put a page on Wikipedia that would get it a lot more exposure. Even a link on the Rangers Wiki page like we discussed before.

Can you hear custom tunes when playing online?

The work carried out by the guys for the RangersPedia project has been simply fantastic.
I use it quite regularly and every article we carry on the homepage is littered with links to players and other information should anyone want to know more.
Many congratulations guys, let's hope it continues to grow in tandem the history of our great club.
Hopefully it will keep growing and more people will feel confident to add a bit here and there. Big thanks have to go to the main contributors Fog, NOLUWDC and templbluenose, they have got it looking great after only a year.

Hello fellow bears Just putting a thread up to let everyone know how the RM project RangersPedia is getting on and to give you a bit of info about it.
That's the website encyclopedia been going for just over a year now and it is starting to take shape slowly but surely. A few of us have been spending a wee half hour here and there putting content in and making it easier for other fans to add stuff later on. The idea is to create an excellent source of info on The Rangers for fans worldwide to use, which is monitored by fans to stop it being ruined like the Wikipedia page.
We now have in place templates that make inputting data on pages much easier. Here's a look at a few of the types of pages:
Season page: http://www.rangerspedia.org/index.php/2010/11
Match Report page: http://www.rangerspedia.org/index.php/Aberdeen_2-3_Rangers:_26th_September_2010
Player page: http://www.rangerspedia.org/index.php/Greig,_John
Almost all of the 1300 player pages are done, but lots of them still need biographies and more pics added. Alongside these the plan is to have pages for everything to do with Rangers including songs, supporters groups, items from the Trophy Room, youth players, websites, memorabillia and much more.
If anyone has any ideas about other stuff to include or would like to help then please post in here or RangersPedia section of the forum. http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showforum=87
Also if you are on Facebook please like the page http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/RangersPedia?ref=ts and invite all the bears on your friends list to spread the word.
Thanks to all that have already contributed and I hope that some of you would like to use your knowledge and time to make it even better. Don't worry if you haven't done any Wiki editing before as the templates make it easy and all the guys in the RangersPedia section will be more than willing to help at anytime.

In 77 appearances he has 19 goals. http://www.rangerspedia.org/index.php/Lafferty,_Kyle
We will need to go back later and put it so that sub appearances are indicated for all players.

Look at all the stuff they have for old games. http://en.archive.uefa.com/uefa/mediaservices/presskits/ucl/md=6.html

It's not ideal if truth be told, but we are 99.99% Bheast free. If that means deleting good Bears accounts, then that's what we do. I don't know of any other way of doing this without causing a little grief for some. However I'll be honest about this, we do not want any Taigs on VB, we don't like them and we have nothing but spite towards these people. So for any Bheasts getting all offended by my tone - too fecking bad.
It probably is the best way to do it. Only other thing would be a kind of vouching for posters from current members. I was more annoyed that I was suspended for a week the next day after not doing anything wrong, and also that I had people jumping down my throat at the very mention of FF. I have no hard feelings against anyone on VB but will probably just read about your good work on here now.

Not seen one of these before, do they have them for every CL game?
-
TheMoonlighter has kindly given permission to use material from The Gallant Pioneers on RangersPedia.

Thanks mate, will post links and give credit to your site.

Want to have pages on everything and the old disabled blue motors was something I'd heard about. Bill Struth's greenhouse would be another random one if there is a pic.
