  1. Maybe he will be signed, however maybe we are waiting to see if we think he can compete in the SPL so we could maybe rest one of the cm's after or before a major European night?

Probably be a bounce game played soon to give guys like Alexander, McMillan, Wylde, Hutton, Perry, Shinnie, Loy, Ness, Fleck and Kerkar some game time.

  2. It does work.

I've added the 2 extra lines to the original template, so that means we won't have to go back and change all the ones aready done. Now when I checked a player's page the 2 new items were in the infobox. If we did it with the new template we would have to go back and change them all.

Do we definitely want these in it?

  3. Should we have stuff like all the clubs that a player has played for on their page? Can get info from Wiki or 2 spreadsheets made by a guy at ScottishLeague.net. And what about signing information like date and fee and the same for when they left Rangers? For players that have died we could have date of death if available. The only problem is I'm not sure how to put these in the profile box bit now that we are so far in.

  4. in fairness, there wasnt HALF the trouble there could/should have been imo.

we actually showed constraint given the circumstances.

i honestly think that if this was say Man Utd or Barcelona fans, the place would have been smashed to smithereens as temperatures boiled over by EVERYONE.

we only had the odd few kick off

Th tims will never talk about the Barca riots in 2009 which were on a large scale because they have a 'pyoor speshul relashonship' with them. And this was after they won.

  5. I've just watched the clip when the police officer is attacked and there is a group of maybe 30 who surround him when he falls. Most seem to be pulling the few that are laying in away. If they hadn't then we could have been looking at a whole lot worse. Out of the few hundred fans that were cordoned off in that street and are seen at the start of the clip, many seem to back off and let the police retreat, but there is that small group that decided it would be a good idea to attack him.

  6. Had to push my way out of Picadilly to get to the ground as the police weren't letting people out. Why did they let so many in in the first place? You could hardly move and they realised that if we had scored there could have been deaths with people getting crushed. To then switch the screens off, after fans have travelled for hours to watch their team in what may be their only European final of their lifetime, was a recipe for disaster.

This still doesn't excuse the muppets that rioted. But out of any set of fans there are bound to be some that will react if they have been drinking all the day, herded like animals into a small space and not allowed to leave, then attacked by police with batons. The fannys that say that group of fans that rioted because we lost don't have a clue what they're talking about.

One other question is, does anyone actually know someone that was involved in the riots, ie laying into the cop? I've never met anyone that did.
