  1. 1-0 to the bears, john daly penalty in the 94th min

Daly runs onto a Clearance from foster, although he was at least 3 yards offside big john realises van dick is catching up with him.

As he nears the penalty box he launches himself headlong into the area after standing on the ball and tripping himself up.

The referee duly awards a just penalty.

After dusting himself down the big man proceeds to rebound his shot off both posts before it hits Craig Gordon on the back of the head and trundles over the line.

    Full time whistle is blown.

  2. Most of this finance stuff is above me but what happens if this latest bid is accepted and the 6.5M is not payed back in 90 days what happens then?

The state we are in financially at the minute how do they even expect to be able to pay 6.5 M back?

I'm lost with all this or am I missing something.

When he gives the club £20m for the shares he simply deducts £6.5m from the transaction.

  3. At the end of all this we will be left thinking what if that American guy had bought us instead

At the end of all this no matter who ends up owning and controlling us we all owe the American guy a great deal of gratitude for bringing it all to a head.

IMO the only reason king and the 3bears bought shares was because they seen him coming.

  4. Well if he buys out shares then they have to be sold? He wants to buy existing AND new shares

    It's stock market rules.

When proposing a deal like this he must also offer to buy out anybody/everybody at the 20p share price.

He doesn't need anybody to sell, the original deal gives him more than 50% and hence control of the club.

  5. Its still 20p a share

You cant see how enough shareholders would reject losing X amount of money when the share price is almost certain to rise when we return to the SPL? Really?

Nobody needs to sell any shares !

And as you rightly point out the share price will rise when we're back in the top league again.

  6. They all know the offer, if they can better it, don't piss around put their offers in. If they can't then for the sake of the club accept this one.

    Exactly !

It's not as if they need to sell their shares, if they can't beat this offer to put money straight into the club they should stand aside and let him in.

  7. Always remember the Remembrance Day game last year he went over to the soldiers after the game and spend ages taking pictures and signing autographs

Hoping the big man starts against the harriers, would love to see what he does  Absolute headcase

I would start him in midfield directly against Scott brown, central defence back to McCullough and mccgregor let the sparks fly !

Sorry about the spelling I'm pissed and my iPhone doesn't know how to spell mccgregor

  8. Absolutely pissed off with everything connected with the club just now.

The Neil Alexander contract row was a new low for me, it was written in his contract apparently and we tried to cheat him out of his promised wage rise.

There's No dignity left at our club anymore, we have a fucking cheek slaughtering the traitors who walked out on us when this is how we treat players who remained loyal.

  9. The Dundee hiv's statement should be interesting, if they start going on about new club status we should initially report them to the sfa for bring the game into disrepute.

Then depending on the outcome take them to court for tarnishing the image of Rangers football club.

  10. The ST money for the season is long gone. Retail money has been fobbed off to MA.

What does the club have in the way off regular income? Only ticket sales from the pay-at-the-gate walk ups.

When the money men do their accounting of funds required, what are they assuming as income from gate receipts? I cannot see Ashley's handout going far based on yesterday's crowd.

It appears to be a hand to mouth existence for the club. Ashley seems quite happy to give his loose change to tide the club over for another month against security of another fixed asset. At this rate of drip feeding how long until he owns the club by default.

Ally has so far dropped 13 pts in the league. The club is only 12 pts above 5th place. If Hearts sow up the league title with games to spare and Rangers are more than 20 pts above 5th place, then would it be of financial benefit to go into admin, take the 20 pts deduction and still be in the play-offs?

I hope it does not come to that, but if the only solution is admin, then better this season than next.

Why don't you just fuck right off !!
