Exactly, he's 18 years old. He's a kid for crying out loud! Plenty of time for development, plus due to the atittude that's came from him that's probably why he's being left out.

At the end of the day it's his life and he can choose how to go about it in his own way, I feel a complaint should have been put into the Cops in the first instance but what's done is done. I'm pretty sure that if he had attacked them for racial abuse then he probably would have gotten one, 2 v 1 isn't good odds.

Maybe dropping some of the more experienced lads for some of the younger generation will give them all a kick up the @rse, it'll also help the development of the youngsters and give them a drive to play for the first team and prove that they are capable!

I think it would be a triumph of hope over experience to expect wholesale changes. We'll probably see the same level of performance we've witnessed in the SPL over the last month or so. How do the players pick themselves up after that hiding they received? With a little realisation that they are on a good amount of money and playing for The Gers! Taking there finger out there arse would help also.

They should start fining players for poor performance, at the end of the day we'd be on verbal warning and the like for poor performance. These guys make in a week what some people make in a year!
