I'm not really one for bashing walter smith , and Im not trying to take anything away from his achievements since returning to the club . His record has been exceptional and the trophy haul has been fantastic .
But I also don't think it's being harsh or negative to ask why our style of football is so poor compared to other teams in the spl . The arguement of financial constraints doesn't stand up either as we still out spend almost every other team in the league . And surely with having such A small , well knit squad that we would have seen an improvement in our style of football with the players being together for 2 or 3 years . But we haven't and in my opinion that's down to the management and coaching .
I know many will argue that results come before performance , but what's wrong with striving for both ?

I've been impressed with him in the few games I've seen , but it's only a few games . If he can keep this level of performance up until the end of the season then we can start salivating over his talents . I see no reason why young wylde shouldn't be given the opportunity to show he's a player of similar ability .
At least it stops people touting craig fuckin conway !

Adam hamill , having a fantastic season at Barnsley I think it is . We should be taking a good look in the bundesliga aswell , it's full of quality .

and the sad thing is , many people agree with you . You are all entitled to your opinions , but what are you're reasons for prefering mcculloch ? Or are you just posting looking for an arguement ?

I don't want it , thanks all the same . It's probably the gayest thing I've ever seen . It just shows how deluded some folk really are when they think that a poor excuse for a footballer as bad as mcculloch deserve to be called superman .
The critisism is long overdue and fully deserved , and there have been many valid points made on where mccullochs failings as a footballer lie . As far as I can see , the members defending him have come up with no valid points on why they should be . It's pathetic .

This performance was always expected after coming back from an away champions league tie and then having to travel upto Inverness. We are 3 points infront of the scum but hey lets forget that. If Miller or Naismith took at least 1 chance we wouldn't be having this thread.

It seems to have gone from one extreme to the other with mcculloch . He used to rarely make it through a game without a booking , diving in go ridiculous tackles left right and centre . Now he never gets close enough to tackle , and when he does , refuses to .
Either way it just highlights the fact he isn't a holding midfielder . Infact I don't know what he is , never have done . We should have bitten stokes hand off and sold him when we had the chance .
I'm dreading him being made captain next season , thus guaranteeing him a start every game . Our football will never improve with players like this in the side .

I ll take it, we are 3 points clear now. We dropped points in home games we shouldnt be dropping points in which would have made todays result a bit better to take. I dont like dropping points but we came out in the second half, as I expected and put on a far better performance and on another day, Naismith would have taken his chance, Miller would have taking his penalty and everything wouldnt have been as doom and gloom as it is just now
but they never , and it is . Hindsight is a wonderful thing .

Kenny should of had a hat trick at least , but when are the rest of the ream gonna start chipping in . Can't remember someone other than miller or Naismith got us a goal .
Overall a draws probably a fair result . We can't expect to win games when we only play 45 mins
