The guy who got charged contacted me 30mins ago to tell that he's seen this thread and told me to post that hes emailed CRO to tell them they've got it wrong and generally put the story straight for want of a better phrase.
He's a 37old bear and is no longer a poster on RM.

I'll let the prologue to the amended piece tell the story:
In the midst of the dozens of emails and conversations we have during a day some things get jumbled, especially whilst six sheets to the wind late at night. It was brought to our attention via the 37-year-old man himself originally mentioned and our source that we're fucking bawbags when it comes to taking notes. I'd put forward the argument that Hearts could never possibly recoup the 30m they're into Vlad for under any setup, outside the other 11 teams suddenly going bust, him paying their tax bill, and qualifying for the Champions League three years running. A debt free Hearts in whatever the division is a much more valuable asset that what exists now.
They're going down, he's perfectly happy with it. Aren't most the directors at Hearts directors of his bank as well, anyway?
*edit: I believe their debt is somewhere around 24m now after that whole "restructuring" nonsense they were touting last year.

Tommy has never said he was a Rangers fan - he is just making the site a vehicle for other Rangers fans to have a voice. He hasn't latched on to Rangers - he just happens to be a friend of Limmy. The clip played on C4 News was taken out of context as anyone that has listened to the show will realise.

I've no problem with the show, just can't squeeze it in to my already absurdly blue covered schedule. And if I listened to the pod to fall asleep I'd never get there!

CRO was unaware that RTC had uploaded the docs. As, it appears, were most bears.
CRO did NOT get the docs from the RTC blog.
Nah, I was emailed them quite a while back. Since I'd never seen them posted anywhere (same with Bill, Andy, Chris, Other Andy, etc) we had some discussion about getting them up prior to today.
In any case, I'm glad we're looking at them now.
