  1. Based off them I think SL might have been doing the boy a favor! Fucks sake...
  2. I am ever so glad I checked my twitter at 4.46pm yesterday. Eight hours later and this is still providing entertainment.
  3. Nah mate, it was tops. I didn't mean to come down so hard. Briefs are what they are, I know that. I used to be in-house for a print company, most of the briefs consisted of, "They want something that POPS." I've seen some pretty complex embroidery stuffs, done some myself, but as a matter of cost... eek. Helluva spot for a facebook page and the like, though. Cheers, mate.
  4. Fuckin taigs don't quit: https://twitter.com/#!/bongo3121
  5. A bit, yah It's great everyone giving up some time for this though! Might have to take a stab now...
  6. Was he asking for embroidery-minded options? Cause that would be fuck-near impossible to recreate. Logos need to be just as appealing in b/w as they are in color, and usable at at size across any media. **Not trying to slag ya, man. Just saying, if they want something to go on a polo that's A) Going to cost a good old bit; and B) never going to represent well compared to the intentions.
  7. Yeah, so bout that Qatari bid... Fair play, sir. Ah fuck am I kidding? I just don't want Murray and his cohorts with their egregious mountain of flag waving bullshit clogging up the stands.
  8. We turned profits under Lloyds, pretty significant ones at that, all based on CL play. And that was with Bain bumbling the marketing home and abroad. And I, for one, have never bitched about Citeh's rich as fuck owners. If people with that sort of money want to throw it away entertaining the huddling masses it's all right by me.
  9. This If UEFA start playing hardball with the clubs that keep their lights on and Heineken in their icebox they're going to be in for a rude awakening.
  10. Listen, I've played a lot of FM. I know what happens when a Qatari takes over a club, all right?
  11. Fair enough, I'd give us a fighting chance for regular qual with that kind of finance, though. Such money in the SPL could only raise the standard. Not saying it'd suddenly become Ligue 1 or something, we don't have the same number/level of teams to build such a system, or the population in the first.
  12. It's not bad for a laugh every couple days, though.
  13. As a brand we eclipse them both. There are bigger considerations than the league itself, especially when such money could guarantee UCL every year. Plus there's the added factor of them trying to make a positive impact in world football over the next decade.
  14. UEFA will do fuck all to the hand that feeds them. Rich owners pitching money hand over fist keep their own pockets lined. I don't see Citeh or Abromovich running scared.
  15. Surely the RTC blog will next delve into who paid the Keane brother's moneys at the Ceptic Tank...
  16. Ronaldinho almost played for St Mirren afterall
  17. Qatari's need as much good-football-faith as possible at the present, between the no boozing and no gays at their WC.
  18. I will officially retract my support of Kennedy in favor of any oil-rich Middle Easterner with more cash than he knows what to do with.
  19. Sleuth, sir. Sleuth. Just saying what I see.
  20. Check that, I'll take that Qatar bloke. I know what I'm paying for gas; that guy's fucking loaded.
  21. No better than tims peddling pro-RFC conspiracy theories round a ref who's a teacher at an RC school.
  22. Whyte's one of those guys who talks about all the great shit he owns, but couldn't produce a tenner from his pocket with a gun to his head. Brian Kennedy's been in public circles long enough now to have been found out.
