I can only assume Ally intends to completely change the formation at some point. Play right through the middle with no-one on the wings.
It's pathetic - all these new players and Ally still manages to play 3 players out of position - fucking hopeless.
-
Peralta right and Little left - why?
-
No width - piss poor management.
-
Sack black please.

The guy disgusts me to be honest. His behaviour last year at times was awful, his contempt for Rangers fans before he arrived was obvious. This year, he only looks a half decent player in the 1st division when he is next to Law - that is not good enough in my eyes. On top of this, he bets on matches that he takes part it. He does not deserve to wear a Rangers jersey.

I think we now have players available that would be more effective than Jig. But how can you drop a guy that's just scored a hat trick?
By more effective, do you mean we have someone that will score 4 this week? To be fair though Goat, I know what you mean - however, I do not think it sets a good precedent to drop players that have just scored a hat-trick. If you play well retain your place, if you lose form then your place is up for grabs. If Ally manages correctly, the squad should be fighting for places all season.

Non Executive Directors should mean they do not get paid anything especially a salary. Non Executive is a voluntarily position Just being part of this great club as a board member should be payment enough.
Absolute bullshit mate - before you talk fact, get your facts correct.

1. we shouldn't be giving interviews to that rag AGREE
2. he appears to not have a backbone WHY IS THAT?
-
He does seem wishy washy.
Really, where?
-
bluebhoy1 maybe?

i actually agree with the OPs sentiments altho we cant change tradition from red and black. HOWEVER I think it can effect performance tho and for quick passing white would be easier to spot for the players. If memory serves right then thats why Advocaat often ditched the red and black for white.
FFS big Dave. I would imagine it would not take long to find some brilliant passing teams that do not have white socks. Care to try?

Of course you can sack him-it must be gross misconduct.
Failing to turn up for work on a single occasion is not gross misconduct.

I agree to a certain extent, however "internet forums" and real life are two different worlds. When I read RM it is a mix of interesting topics, facts, laughs, lies, sensationalism, bullshit and utter venom - when I speak to other Rangers fans face to face over a pint it is a much different experience, where there is respect for each other and a basic love of Rangers. When it comes to it the bond is when we turn up on a Saturday in huge numbers, plus putting our money where our mouths are when it comes to supporting our club. Divisions exist in every walk of life - nothing new here. Regarding the way our club is being run is a different matter altogether, however that will calm down (eventually!) and the perceived harmony will return again.
-
I think he is getting attention because fans are fed up with people taking the piss out our club.

This imposter should never have been given another contract by the club, however you cannot sack someone because they did not turn up for a match. The club will need to follow standard employee disciplinary processes. Get the guy in to train at 8am, 12 noon and 4pm each day and he will soon give you enough ammunition to follow the disciplinary process. It pisses me off when young players at Rangers treat our club like shite and waste what is a glorious opportunity for themselves - they will regret it in later life.

One of those holes must be the 200yrd par 3 at the far end of the course - easy to putt off that green in the summer. The greens at my course are unreal (Kirkhill) Heard a rumour they were 11 on the stimpmeter dunno if its bullshit, but honestly if its windy you struggle to replace your ball to the marker on the green because they are so fast........ have putted right off the green atleast 4-5 times in as many rounds recently! dont get me wrong the course is in fantastic condition but its very tough with greens that fast and 2 foot high rough all round! add in to the fact its on the hill between cambuslang and east kilbride with constantly changing winds !
its knocked my confidence a peace! not played to my 14 handicap in about 3 months !

really enjoyed reading that

Can pressure be applied for these bonuses to be repaid back to the club? I mean all non playing staff!
-
I struggle to understand the attacks on Green, when it seems pretty obvious that Murray, McColl etc are the reason for the instability in the boardroom. I would agree that Greens comments on Saturday morning could have been timed better, but other than that I am struggling to see what he has done wrong.
-
Positions/formations have nothing to do with the fact he cannot control the ball when played to him - plus the fact he virtually stumbles every time he tries to run with th ball. He has ability to score as he has proven, however his general play sucks.
-
Pathetic.
-
I am a fan of CG, but this will be another large salary getting paid one way or other. Secondly, something will give somewhere, they will not all be able to work together.
-
As title - fantastic.

that fact Ally does it - or my opinion?
