he's done nout wrong and put his money in and done everything he's said he would. its just hes up against a fans' favourite so why not all pull together for the best of the club!
i will tell u why, its because smith and whoever is backing him are not just doing it out the goodness of there hearts. they will be wanting a profit on their investment in the future.

you will need 5mil to buy the club then around 20mil above and beyond season ticket money to keep us running.

newco was always going to happen imho. is it hurtful? yes very. is it bad? well that all depends on what happens over the next few weeks and months.
business wise i believe that the newco route is and will turn out to be good for our club. in the short term it will be painful, esp with no euro football for 3-4 yrs.
however at the end of this hard period we will emerge in a good financial shape(if done correctly) and we will return to our rigthful position as scotlands dominant force.
stay strong through this troublesome period and give our team your full support on and off the park.
we will rise again and it will be o so glorious!!!!!

looking at the figures re cva/newco/liquidation it makes no sense for anyone to say no to the cva. however they may decide that refusing it sends out a stronger warning to other clubs.
its 50/50, nothing we can do except wait and see.

the cva has been accepted aslong as certain changes proposed by creditors are acceptable to green, i believe thats what it means

they spl will say they no longer recognise the sfa as a governing body, they have already told us we can play without an sfa licence.
i believe the spl are hoping this happens so they can form there own ruling body with possibly the sfl and cut the sfa out altogether.

You seem to be getting a bit excited for this time on a saturday night ffs. If HMRC agree to the CVA, they are agreeing that is what they will accept. They cannot then come back and ask for more! Thats the way a CVA works

if creditors agree to the cva it will be signed and sealed however no payments will be calculated or made until the btc is finished.
the btc does not matter anymore, cva or newco it is now a mute point.

unless you have someone who will put 15-20mil upfront while the fans payments/fee/whatever are collected over the next yr or two then there is no point in mentioning fan ownership.
