have these so called clauses been activated?
i was of the opinion that if the players wages returned to normal and whyte was out the picture these clauses would not count.
has there been any actual word about the nature and circumstances of the clauses. surely it wasnt just take a pay cut for 3 months and we will knock 3/4 off your price tag. surely d&p would not of accepted that as it severely reduces the value of the club and affects any returns creditors would get.

would he fuck, hes been living off of decent rangers supporters for yrs.
i dont expect anyone to just turn up and pay our debts/cva or whatever. aslong as the guy runs our club correctly then he deserves to make a nice profit on his loan/investment etc.
fergus bought the mhanks for 5mil and sold them for 5times that and it hasnt harmed them financially, so maybe having a business man who wants to make money is a very good way for our club to go.

no1 would save and run rangers for nothing, not even the so called rangers men(tbk).
everyone wants to make money and if he sorts the club out then why shouldnt he be rewarded.

Other Expenses (200,000)

Who do you think pays for these other expenses/legal fees etc.
d&p are only the top one m8.
the cost of administration may be 5.6mil but that not d&p fees.
it wouldnt have been different with any1 else. these thngs needed to be done. would you rather the club just died because thats the only option if you dont want to pay admin.

It's in the CVA proposal, I don't think there's any way of spinning it really. Duff & Phelps are due £5,561,000.

The bbc stated the sanctions available to the independent panel were a fine, suspension, expulsion and termination .
expulsion would only be from the sfa, im sure the spl would find a way for us to still be in it.
imo we should have been fined and if they wanted a more severe punishment banned from the scottish cup for say 3 yrs, however the sfa want us in there flagship competition as were a cashcow.
if we win in court i think they will just have to bite the bullet and only fine us

The CVA could top £25million depending on the outcome of litigation.
could actually top £35mil if we won the cases against cb etc. dont know how realistic these cases really are though

I do wonder about what people think we were supposed to do when they complain about Admin fees. It does seem very expensive but I don't get what our alternative was? Liquidation, I would think. Administration was simply the only way we could do at least try to save our club
still need admin to go through the liquidation process and there are fees related to that.
ppl do need to realise that admin are highly qualified specialists, and that means they are expensive.
if they get us a cva and out of this mess 3mill will be a fuckin bargain

adminstrators fees are set out by the courts, so would be around the same however was our admin company

yeah they have a staff of atleast 6. maybe more. and can call in as many ppl(inc specialist) that they need.

So the bottom line is that as long as the big tax case is in our favour all creditors will get 8.96 pence in the pound.
For example Bhutta's Newsagents who are owed £567 will receive £49.10.
Better than nothing I suppose.
Am I correct in saying then that if the big tax case returns with the worst case scenario of say £75m, Mr Bhutta would only receive £20.41 ?
Bit of a no brainer when it comes to the CVA vote, cause he knows he won't get a penny if the vote dosent go through and he knows he can count on us for future business accounts when this is all cleared up.

it will be about 10p in the pound best case, and 5p worst case.
however cva is the only way creditors will get anything.
shame for smalls businesses but they dont even have a say on this proposal in reality. hmrc and ticketus make up 78%(rough calc) of the money owed

Said this at the time. Have to watch out for certain small creditors getting paid and then happening to not say anything more...A little concerning seeing people who have been paid still on the list
i think the admin will know who has been paid, the list wont have been altered as it would have ment altering all financials already produced by d&p so far, consuming too much time and delaying the proposal even longer.
atleast i hope this is the reason

Ticketus money was a loan, used to cover the bank loan, and paid back by a percentage of the seaon ticket sales.

green is not borrowing money against rangers to buy rangers.
he is using his own funds as a loan to help the club out its position. he is buying the club for £2 from c whyte im sure he doesnt need a loan for that.
what he is doing makes perfect sense when you are doing this for profit, not kindness, he is in this too make money not because he loves rangers(which is perfectly fine with me).
he may have borrowed the 8.5mil from somewhere but he has not used rangers to borrow it
