  1. His claim that there are unlikely to be Muslims on here is quite a narrow minded, outdated opinion to have but no point in getting wound up by something George Galloway say's.

No point in saying anything to put the guy down because there's nothing we could say that would be as damaging to his career than the things he's said himself.

  2. The main thing that seems out of place about him though, is that for some bizarre reason he seems to think buying millions of shares in an unstable company with a share value which could tank at any time is some sort of attractive investment opportunity. Maybe he just likes a risky punt?

Its a good investment IMO and the share price will rise as we go through the divisions.

Now, providing loans for startups, which is my hobby, THAT'S risky, lol.

  3. TBH, huge IQ or not, I think Prior might actually be a sandwich short of picnic or maybe even not acting/speaking in our Club's best interests. God knows, but there something about him that doesn't sit right with me at all.

Seems genuine enough. The only thing thats been highlighted by others is his links to Catholicism but I don't really think that matters. (what does matter is that someone can be religious and still have an IQ of 234 but I digress)....

I'm judging the board on their second season. If they make similar loses it will be unacceptable.

  4. like he doesn't want to listen to any reasonable explanation of the accounts to suit his agenda. This type of fan boils my piss! Thought the guy spoke well, and as he said, the accounts will not be signed off if they're not legitimate!

There's plenty like that on Twitter as well. They'd prefer Stockbridge was telling lies and that the club was in financial trouble rather than admit they were wrong.

    Strange.

Hopefully now that we have clarity people will slowly but surely start backing the board and we can all be a united support once agian. Rememer those days? lol

  5. Thought he spoke very well and credit to Andrew for asking the tough questions including the one about his bonus.

I suppose it is only fair he gets something back in the form of a one-off payment for the cash he spent on fee's initially.

I liked his comment about why were paying so much wages. Reminding us that this is Rangers and we can only let playing standards slip to a certain point regardless of what league we are in. Who can disagree with that?....

  6. I'm all first person shootered out. Its just variations of the same thing over and over again.

Taking a break from the genre for a while. I'd buy some Adventure and Survival Horror games had those genre's not been abandoned in favour of the guaranteed sales of generic shooters. Understandable but oh so repetitive. With the economy the way it is nobody takes a risk anymore. Hollywood is the same, its all remakes and sequels.

    Bah!

  7. Well, I said i'd remain on the fence until the accounts were out and I must say they are not bad.

As long as we don't make a similar loss this season and next because that will be 40 odd million to get back to the SPL.

But there were many claiming we'd lost about £50m in this season alone.......... and they have been proven wrong.

    So lets move on.

  8. How the hell does a completely inaccurate report like this make it onto sky..

    http://news.sky.com/story/1148450/rangers-soldiers-accused-of-sectarian-singing

"Video footage posted on YouTube appears to show some of those on the pitch clapping along as Rangers fans sing sectarian songs."

Unbelievable. The club needs to do something. The amount of people having a pop at us is becoming ridiculous.

(ps, Note how the headline say's the soldiers are accused of singing sectarian songs but then when you read the article it say's the soldiers applauded whilst the fans sang. Make your mind up! Not that its a sectarian song but hey ho!)

  9. He didn't know Blin had been offered a place on the board, he had libellous (and mis spelt) leaflets printed on the strength of what Charlotte Fakes said and he is convinced the board will be ousted despite the figures being stacked against them

He is obviously a good Bear but he would appear to be out of his depth and I can't see him swinging any shareholders behind his cause tbh

He may be out of his depth but he's achieved something i'd have absolutely no chance of achieving IMO, so he's more clued up and determined than me! lol

But yeah, if he's going on the basis of Charlotte Fakes that is something to be dubious of.

  10. It's the first time i've listened to it and I enjoyed it.

The recap of the weekends game was interesting and the presenters are all good Bears.

The Craig guy didn't do his cause any good at all, started to get confrontational a couple of times when he didn't like the questioning.

He is clearly out of his depth doing what he is trying to do.

Only criticism I would have for the programme is they let him know the questions beforehand.

Ye widny get Paxman doing that :)

Got to remember he's just a concerned bear. He's not a spokesman or highly skilled at that sort of debate so its understandable.

I thought it was going well until someone tried to argue with him, then the atmosphere took a bit of a turn. I think it took Craig by surprise a bit but the main host was able to calm things down and deserves credit for that.

I'm still undecided and I wasn't in favour of the protest on Armed Forces Day but I respect the guys right to have an opinion. We all have the clubs best interests at heart, even though we all go about it all a bit differently.

  11. I doubt it will be 1000 dollars, valve have said they are aiming to compete with the consoles. It will probably be a similar price if not slightly more. Also the library of games that will be available will eclipse anything sony and microsoft could put together. We are talking nearly every good PC game that has been out for years and years. Plus if you like emulation then great, you now have a console attached to your TV that you can install an emulator on and play every megadrive, snes and ps1 game ever made.

I read $1000 somewhere but admittedly I'm unsure. If its a similar price I'll buy it and maybe ditch my plans to buy the PS4 for a while. With Valve emerging, I don't think there's enough space for Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and Valve in console format. One will have to go if you ask me and my money would be on Microsoft.

I can't even remember many good PS1 games, lol. The original GTA, Destruction Derby, Resident Evil, Broken Sword, Gran Turismo... thats about it. :)

Was playing Goldeneye on the N64 emulator earlier on today. The first level in that game is awesome!
