Xbox = 720p
PS4 = 900p (Poor Blue Atheist he only buys games at 1080p)
Both consoles upscale to1080p
I doubt I'll buy COD or BF4. First Person Shooters is a genre I typically avoid due to repetitiveness.

Hopefully xbox gamers do get a properly working multiplayer, it would be a shame if they could only play their 720p games on single player.

Lots of rumours flying around from credible sources that Xbox Live on the Xbox One is not working properly and will take a long time to fix.
"Things like parties dropping people when moving from one thing to another. Connectivity issues. Missed invites. Friend requests not working, etc."...

He'had one or two mistakes for England in the qualifying campaign as well didn't he?
I think he'll keep his place there purely due to lack of other options.
He's had one or two but all the debate in regards to dropping him has been recent. I do agree with you though that we have a lack of options for goalkeeper. I'm not convinced by Forster at all but he did make some great saves against Barca. There's still the likes of Foster, Carson and Green who i'd rank higher but not quite the level of Joe Hart.

Plenty saying Hart should be dropped from the international team based on his club form but Roy was justified in sticking with him as he was excellent in the recent matches against Montenegro and Poland.
Maybe Hart has more confidence in the reliability of the England defence as opposed to his confidence in the current Manchester City defence?

What pointless games are there? They only play 3 group each games then into last 16.
A lot of the group games are formalities and there's also games where the quality is not what you expect from what is supposed to be the pinnacle tournament of international football. The European Championships has always been the best tournament, although thats been increased by 50% more teams for the next tournament which will help Scotland and many other nations but will inevitably dilute the quality.
Whats the point in a long, drawn out qualification process? especially for the Euro's as a team now only has to finish 3rd to make the playoffs?
FIFA are ruining these competitions for the sake of more money for the host nation, FIFA and the television companies. I suppose its understandable as money talks but the quality will certainly be reduced.

Just reading in The Times that he wants to increase the amount of teams from 32 to 40.
Good for Scotland obviously but if anything the amount of teams needs reduced. There's a lot of pointless games in there as it is.

I think the lack of posting in the Bears Den section is because its one waiting game after another when it comes to Rangers. Wait for this, wait for that. This is delayed, thats delayed. Its frustrating having to speculate all the time and the division this has caused is another reason why some are staying away.
And then, lets be honest, there's the lack of gloryhunters who don't take the rough with the smooth. When times get tough, they get going. They will be back once King takes over, once we're back in the SPL, once we're back in Europe etc etc.
Just my opinion.

Are you buying COD because it's a big seller?
You really think Average Joe and casual Carl really care that much about resolutions? Even most hardcore dont care or else they would not be buying these two underpowered consoles and would be going PC for FAR superior resolutions.
I doubt I'll buy COD Ghosts.
"Joe and Carl" might not care about resolutions but they wont want a same-gen console.

I would be amazed if Forza 5 is not the best sim any console has seen and will give the likes of iRacing & GTR a run fo their money.
At the end of the day its a racing game. I like racing games but they tend not to be massive sellers.
You guys seem more hung up on resolutions than anything else...COD was 960x544 on PS3 vs 1040x608 on 360...Did it stop people buying it? Nope.
Not much of a difference and gamers already had the console. COD Ghosts and Battlefield 4 will determine which console many people buy.

So many reliable sources are saying CoD Ghosts and Battlefield will be 720p on Xbox One now that its almost certain.
And the silence and delays from Microsoft is deafening.
Meanwhile, both games will be native 1080p on the Playstation 4.

Better backgrounds/landscapes. The cars are awesome but everything else is 360-esque. Maybe my expectations were too high due to all the hype.

This is why i'm not rushing out to buy either console.. Sounds like both parties are not ready for release and it's ended up being a rush job.
Yeah, I thought both consoles would be better.
It will just look slightly blurrier that's all, The scaler chips in both One & PS4 are supposed to be amazing.
That will be unacceptable to a lot of people.
If this rumour is true, Playstation will outsell the Xbox One easily.

If i was you i'd be more worried why the PS4 version looks absolutely terrible at 1080p, Jaggies are crazy.
I agree, it does not look like a good game.
I'm intrigued as to how crap it will be at 720p stretched to 1080p, though.

You would think so since Activision confirmed it months ago.
Im actually a bit worried with the PS4 version, 1080p yet it looks like complete shit. If the One version is upscaled to 1080p from 720 then at least that's got an excuse for all the jaggies and not looking very good.
Its not been confirmed native 1080p for the Xbox One as yet.
Hence Xbox fans asking the question right now on Twitter over and over again, lol, especially after Sony have just confirmed it yesterday.

The Sony Computer Entertainment Vice President of Publisher and Developer Relations has confirmed yesterday that Call of Duty Ghosts will be Native 1080p on the Playstation 4.
Surely that means it will be native 1080p on the Xbox One also?........

Netherlands - Konterman (GK as Wattereus and Snelders are not on the list?), The de Boers, Gio, Mols.
England would win as Konterman would likely be as good a goalkeeper as he was an outfield player, but what a goal in extra time against Celtic!, Mols would limp off and Frank would miss the penalty they won for Butchers challenge on Mols... Or something like that..

Forza is not the game that could make or break the Xbox though. Call of Duty is, and if it can only run at 720p that is a disgrace. May as well just bring it out for the 360...
You are correct, Jimmy may well have had PSN+.
As for VGCharts, they do have their haters.... after their run-in with Microsoft.

I had a 360 and a ps3 thought that the 360 was probably the better of the two last gen.
I was the same. Had a PS1 and PS2 (also had the the PS3) but switched over to the Xbox 360.
Can proudly say I never bought a Nintendo Wii though, lol

Downloaded the demo. Seems a lot like the last game although it processes days a bit quicker. Might just be because its a demo or maybe they've listened to frustrations from fans in regards to long waiting times. There's a few extra features but nothing special. Is it worth spending the £30+ for if you've already got last seasons FM? I'd say no.
