Neil McCann was a nightmare, so was Templeton to be honest.

Gough
Laudrup
Hateley

why did the other lot need a scouting network when it was abundantly clear that mccoist wasnt going to make use of it
It must be so easy to live in your brain. Pick your side and make any argument suit it. You do come across as utterly ridiculous with stuff like this.
-
From those I watched:
McCoist - seriously beyond just a goalscorer but a talisman for the team.
Hateley - the most complete forward I have ever seen for us, carried the team on his own for six in a row and came back to get us nine.
Laudrup - the most skilful and consistent player of his type that I have ever had the pleasure to watch in blue.
Gough - a true leader who set the right example of what a Rangers captain should be.
Goram - slightly unhinged but consistent and able to able to make impossible saves more than any other goalkeeper I have seen.

Thank you.
Here's a tip back. If you really do work within the law, don't whine "You hate me don't you, your honour?" any time you encounter a setback.
I would love to understand the relevance of that statement, but ok.
-
A letter or phone call from the club to the players or their agents to inform them that we would not be interested in retaining their services is something that we should do, it isn't difficult and to not do it seems pretty poor.

I've existed for 23 years; thanks for asking.
I joined here a few weeks ago after having a login for FF for a year or so. Would you like my FF username so you can check my post history? Knock yourself out.
Anyway, you were saying about fans hating McCulloch? Looks like you're in a minority of one on here.
You believe I am the only one here who doesn't hate McCulloch?
Just a tip, you will not do well here if you continue to compare posters on RM to posters on FF, a lot don't like that.
-
The only real answer anyone should give is that we don't know. He may well be a fantastic coach, or add something to the mix that MW would want, or not.
-
Ally not left us at all, he's still our Manager technically.
I shall give you that one and let's hope this gives lodgiebear a bit more time to think of a way out of what he said. Either he was a lurker without the confidence to comment (seems unlikely) or maybe he was a stalwart on FF.
-
You remind me of the slow-on-the-uptake posters who used to bleat "You hate Ally, don't you?" when others spoke out after yet another dismal performance.
What was your screen-name then? Because you only seem to have existed since May-2015 and Ally left us in December 2014.

Bizarre the way that people have such hate for the guy with no justification.
-
Odd mentality to come into a thread obviously about DJ and then take the time to post that people haven't read it.
Anyway, this is a story that I don't quite get. The players should get on with their careers, the club should have notified them they were being released. Beyond that, who cares? I would say (tin hat on) that McCulloch is a bit different to the others having had many years with us and being club captain for the last few years. Other than him, really struggle to care too much about the others or understand why they are so bothered.
-
As long as I have you commenting on several threads several times, LB, I won't be ignored.
What can I say, you had a semblance of relevance before? I just wanted to be polite and let you know why I was going to be out of any such discussions with you in future, this is my last one dude, have a nice life.

Nobody has had a go at Multi Names more than me. Check my backlist.
But the reality is that he has no credibility and we have bigger things to contend with than this Irish fairy tale teller.
I have no issue with Phil because I don't read him orthink about him. That was my meaning and I think D'Art is well aware of that.
If I did consider Phil a serious threat my instincts as a bear would be to defend the club. But D'Art does not agree with Rangers fans defending Rangers.
You know exactly what D'Art said, meant and has discussed throughout this thread.
Your attempts to continue to stoke controversy in your other sites by attacking a bear in such a way only continue to undermine any remaining credibility you have. You should be thoroughly ashamed of what you have done in that blog, and I hope you have enjoyed the bit of limelight that you and your acolytes have created for you over the last week because you have ensured that over the short, medium and long-term that you will only be seen as an embarrassing irrelevance.
Have you even noticed how many of those in RM who would naturally support your agenda have turned against you in the last 48 hours? How many people have seen you, RSL, ninjaman or whoever for what you truly are, and what you are trying to do?
It is going to be really tough for you very soon Bill, because you are only going to be ignored - and no doubt this will lead to louder and louder squealing from you and more and more controversial blogs to try and get yourself the attention that you clearly crave.
Good luck with all that, you have royally screwed up this week.

I do not think that Foster, Boyd or Black even deserved the club's acknowledgement of their departure from Ibrox as they had failed miserably in their positions as credible professional players while coining in a fuckin fortune during their vacations here. Hell mend them.
Are you the kind of fan who complains about successful players wanting to leave us as well?
-
It is pretty disappointing if we haven't formally notified players that we are not renewing their contracts.
-
There are two different things going on on these stories. Firstly, Boyd has not clearly made his point at all as to why he shouldn't be called a failure for last season, it was pretty abject and I don't really see another word for it. However, wanting apologies is pointless, McGregor needs to do PR with us as a current player, and that makes sense, for players who have left, they should just move on and I don't need to hear anything from them.
-
I feel like it is moaning for the sake of it from some. We need to see the players and take it from there.
If we were spending £2m on a bunch of players people would be complaining that we were doing things the way we had before and it led to rack and ruin.
-
Good point. Have a word with the cockwombles and tell them to behave.
If they spent a 20th of the time attacking Bheasts as they do Bears......
I enjoyed this statement though.
Ok, behave.
-
Who's this Gasparotto guy? When did we sign him?
-
Would leave it alone, also, although the idea of a winter break is good, having a 4 week break in January could be a real problem if we get a bunch of games called off in December or February.
-
Stefan was fantastic and I haven't seen anyone close to him since, but Andy Goram was unbelievable and I believe the best keeper we have ever had.
-
Impressed that he remained calm throughout... Imagine if it had been Mohsni?
-
And let's see what our resident contrarians find to be offended about with this.
Who's Intending Or Has Bought This Season's Merchandise?

I won't be buying anything unless I believe that the club are getting a fair and reasonable amount of the money. Would rather put the money outlay into a hospitality trip or something like that.
