  1. Sky and ESPN picked up the pieces but go back to 2002 when Sky pulled out
  2. 30% reduction if they're lucky ....... IMO they will be lucky to get 30% OF current value top figure such a fecking shame for them NOT who will be laughing at redundancies then scummy $%#@ers........ http://theawayend.net/articles/opinion/1184-can-scottish-football-afford-rangers-in-the-third-tier Out of the top ten average audiences in Sky’s SPL games in 10/11, only one didn’t involve Rangers or fiddlers. - That game was St Mirren vs Hibernian, and that was shown straight after an Old Firm derby. - The top three of the ten are Old Firm games, the fourth game not there because at the time of the report’s publication the game hadn’t occurred. - Matches featuring Rangers produced slightly higher average audience levels (174,419) than matches featuring septic (164,317). - Average audience of all games included were divided up into 65% watching Old Firm derbies, 14% watching games involving Rangers, 14% watching games involving the mhanks and 6% in the ‘other matches’ category. Going by the 2010/11 statistics, 79% of the viewing figures for SPL games will disappear with no Old Firm games and no Rangers games against SPL opposition. And with the much talked about mass-unsubscribing of Sky packages from Rangers fans if they go to Division Three, this will not make Sky’s boffins happy at all, given the money they have offered for the new unsigned TV deal.
  3. Doubt there will be much joy, Murdoch has just been grilled through the ongoing Leveson enquiry for doing favours to help out political and parliamentary friends in the UK
  4. http://www.thesun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/news/4430166/Fury-at-Regans-secret-plot.html Below is just a small piece from the article Cowdenbeath secretary Alex Anderson said: “We are disgusted at the way the whole situation has been handled by the SPL and the SFA. “The actions of the SPL and the SFA and the image created could well endanger any future investment in the Scottish game. Read more: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/feeds/smartphone/scotland/4430166/Fury-at-Regans-secret-plot.html#ixzz20hqwlunI If this article is factually correct and these statements are recorded then judging by the same standard of 'integrity' thrust upon Rangers shouldn't the entire SFA as an organisation be held accountable. Should they not do the right thing and offer themselves up to CAS for appropriate sanction, for bringing the game into disrepute, because according to an equal standard the actions of one man can and do apparently hold the entire organisation responsible, and they all clearly feel that Regan has been corrupt. That is the expectation isn't it....... and don't forget the punishment as well, according to Scottish Football fan standards it is not just the rogue responsible that should be punished it's the whole institution, after all 'integrity' demands it.
  5. http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/4430291/This-is-SPLs-mess-not-ours.html I feel it necessary at this point, to sit back quietly and just smile and smile and smile ONE of my favourite bits about this article was the 'sporting fairness' comment. aaahhhhhhh (peaceful sigh)
  6. Your arguments are fickle and contradictory in substance at best, my time on RM is of no consequence to the strength of my argument, a forum is not what makes a Rangers supporter and a forum is not what forms opinion ..... Reference to your previous post is what I consider to be research and necessary to correlate information from which constructive and educated inferences can be made .......
  7. As far as I can see someone was pointing out things as they seen them, you BP are waging a personal attack, that I do believe is the lowest form of defense, perhaps you'd be better justifying why you should not be viewed in the light this person described .... you seem to be all for people understanding and clarifying alternative points of view so go right ahead ..... I do wonder if you spend as much time trying to convince others (supporters of other clubs I mean) of how wrong their hateful behaviours are or have been? As you have said on previous occasion, in your own words, it would just be much easier to agree with us ........ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted 21 October 2010 - 10:55 AM View Post1st_Jan_1994, on 20 October 2010 - 02:37 PM, said: I actually hate guys like Blue Peter9, Gunslinger and Cartman as much as tims. It's people like you's that cause divisions in the Rangers support more than the media or any average tim. To stop 'division' why not just agree with us? Interesting tack - agree with your view on Rangers or 'we' are divisive. Please write up your 'Rangers Fans' Rules for all to see. -------------------------------------------------------------------- To answer your question, here is one of the rules Don't TRY and divide the unity because in the end you WILL fail We don't CRY NO SURRENDER for no reason
  8. haha, not at all, it's the fact you keep pushing the same point throughout the entire thread and tbh some people and some clubs need to learn the hard way that there are consequences for actions and right now I do not believe Rangers fans need another person encouraging them to bend over and take it again, that has been the problem for too long, it's not about hating others more than loving Rangers, that is the point you miss, that is why Rangers are Rangers because we always love Rangers more than hating others unlike bitter sorts I won't mention and Rangers fans will always have more pride and dignity because we unlike the lot of them are not pushing them to the ground and putting the boot in, simply being less than passive observers of a situation they have created for themselves.
  9. You have made your point very clear in several comments but everyone is entitled to their opinion, there are, I do believe several other threads running which do happen to be specifically football based, fixtures etc, perhaps it would be best suited for you to tap into one of those if you find this opinion thread so offensive!
  10. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/david-conn-inside-sport-blog/2012/mar/01/portsmouth-back-on-brink Read the forum comments below the article in particular, you will find it interesting the level of empathy shown toward the fans because of the wrong doers who endangered the club and also the fact that they are vehemently pointing out the role of the governing bodies and their inaction in contributing toward it. Scotland = Bunch of vile haters that on the most part have the audacity to refer to Rangers supporters as bigoted.
  11. Long story short, if they charge Whyte and maybe Murray for wrongfuly trading, they can go after them personally for the debt and possibly take money back off tsb, if they then find that the 'side letters' are actually just promise notes of money to be paid via ebt, and do not differ from what was listed with on the accounts given to the association then there is no double contracts and if they try and cry financial advantage still just through EBT use then Celtic will get it too because they didn't pay tax back on their ebt used in 2005 till 2008 so they will be cheaters as well. If HMRC go after Murray and Whyte for the debt (they may have even pocketed it but put it through the company account)and take money back off lloyds tsb for being treated as a preferential creditor it will reduce debt of old company. That is why someone dealing with the situation better do their job properly but it's HMRC liquidators so ??????? I'm certain that is why HMRC wouldn't accept CVA at the time they said they wanted the club to continue and go after those responsible, I know to most that sound ridiculous, but as far as I am aware the law says they cannot make directors personally liable unless it is done through liquidation proceedings, the club may well have got stuck with a heap of debt paying through a cva for years a portion of which may have gone onto soemone elses pocket, don't forget wasn't it put out there murray had a person account and club account and money was going between both. Unfortunately instead of accurate media and sympathy and help the club should be getting, the tarrier bastards have taken their opportunity to cash in on this from every angle to try and kill the club, the mhedia effectively have the entire Scotland thinking the club has already been proven to have cheated, that is why the level of hatred, the taigs in there winding it all up. So Rangers have not only the bigoted bitter swines to deal with but also most of the rest of the impartial population thinks the club cheated for the last 20 years. The biggest victim of all this is Rangers and idiots out there can't see through those bitter twisted bigoted excuse for human beings religious (sorry) typo I meant political agendas and how this (HMRC tax grab) was their perfect opportunity to cash in because they just couldn't beat us fair and square HERE BEFORE YOU NO SURRENDER WE WILL NEVER GIVE IN
  12. If they find either of them for wrongful trading it means they were trading when the company was effectively insolvent, and if that is the case, I'm pretty certain they can take the money back off TSB because it means they were treated as a preferential creditor which is illegal, that is if the job is done properly ...... there should be an independent investigation into the whole damn thing
  13. Yup, they can only charge for 'wrongful' trading, during a liquidation process, but they can go back to directors of 3 years, so they will be after Whyte and Murray criminally and financially
  14. I don't give a f... what you say, with that attitude you are either a tarrier who WILL NOT break the spirit of any true Rangers fan or you're the part of the easily influenced impartiality that contributed to all the injustice in this mess ... NO PITY FOR THE WEAK that's not the way I was brought up, Rangers till I die New club my arse GTF and keep with your own kind
  15. The one's with the republican "political" agenda will be shown up for what they are, soon they will have 11 to deal with instead of 1. The 10 teams soon to be 11 do not just dislike Rangers, for those teams it is about more, they don't like the OF full stop. This is their opportunity for change, most fans of those teams have already made that clear, they will not settle for anything less than that team to be brought to their level. They want voting changes and fairer distribution of monies, what one of you doesn't think those 10 teams fans won't want blood if it doesn't happen, and who will they blame, the mob that wants the monopoly of course because they will be the only one's who contest it. They have already talked about boycotts if these changes happen, but what card will they have to play then when they don't get what they want ....... will they try and say the entire Scottish Football League has a religious agenda against them. The mob who wants the monopoly will have to settle for less, but do you honestly think they will just accept it without a fight. To the fans of the other 10 teams I say, let the games begin......... I wonder how Regan and Lawell will try and buy protections for their beloved this time, I don't think the 10 will stand for a string along propaganda of 'let's just leave it how it is for now it will all be sorted with the league re structure next season' but this time you will have 10 to fight instead of 1.
  16. Looks like this is the little bheasts twitter details lifted off a you tube link as below http://www.youtube.com/user/Superbhoy1888 twitter.com/JonnyCFC1
  17. Just a message for any unwanted ghuests who may be browsing ........
  18. A wee word for your uneducated kind(the mhanks), not that you will understand anyway .... that would require a brain which you are clearly lacking !!! First, the most basic universal human right is innocent till proven guilty, as far as I am aware no EBT case has been decided on yet, so we DID NOT CHEAT, of course your kind are true to form in the way you act like a lynch mob, you've been doing that since the dawn of time.... we put you in your place before and we will do it again .... that's why we cry NO SURRENDER because we ALWAYS come out on top not matter how long and hard the battle, we get the last laugh, always, and I for one will be singing the sash on the 12th of July because REMEMBER it is political not religious so you CAN'T call me a bigot ..... AND secondly, it's the COMPANY that dies not the CLUB,the oldest most successful club in Scotland will always be just that..... so please get your facts straight, say it all you like nananana your company died, HAHAHA , doesn't have quite the same ring to it does it LMAO at you bunch of SCUM
