Is the SFA transfer embargo / membership suspension totally irrelevant if we are liquidated, cause I'm sure I read somewhere today that the SFA were adamant that a Newcos membership is conditional on accepting the Oldcos punishments. I wouldn't like to see Green accept the original transfer ban to allow us to start again, however if the penalty is increased to a suspension it may allow us to take some time out and regroup. I've said that for ages. England would provide us with the platform to make the next step up. There was an issue before about Scottish Teams not playing in England, however theres nothing to stop us buying a wee diddy English team and then changing the name.
