I dont see how we can disagree with views of first division chairman not wanting us in their league. We should be standing with them against spl bullying.

Look at falkirk last season beating us with a strong team out,bringing on jelavic and co. Shows they are capable,won't be a easy league at all with current group.

Think folk are kidding themselves,most will go watch the games,boycott wont happen.

Join falkirk,raith and Morton in saying no to us bring admitted straight into division 1. It's some scenario when we are relying on first division clubs to give us what we want and stick it up the spl. Any bear in favour of division 3 and not bowing to the spl should make an effort to contact as many sfl clubs as possible and make it clear we want to strip it back and start again too,not be parachuted into division 1 as lawell and co's pet plaything.

A rangers that bends over and takes this compromise up the arse from the other clubs has lost the essence of what makes the club unique. We will never live it down,shameful;(

Spl2 isn't a goer for at least two years,any club who wanted to go to it would have to give two years notice. This is a scare tactic by the spl clubs to influence the sfl clubs who are independent of them. It still stands the same,our fate is in the hands of how the 29 sfl clubs vote.

Sfl clubs need to give two years notice to quit,we'd be in division one by then. Plus 3 or 4 first division clubs already said no.

The sfl clubs vote on this,so it's whether they want to put us in division one or not. 7 out of 29 vote no and it's 3rd division.

Whatever happens now,if this goes through,Scottish football will die anyway. Loads of diddy fans will walk from the game,in a few years it will just be us and the tims winning 4 or 5 every week against teams with even less quality and lower crowds than now. If we go to div 3,they'll suffer dire straits too,can't see a positive either way. Scottish football is dead.

Spl or division 3,anything else is a carve up and involves us taking it up the arse from the spl.

So clubs like east stirling/Elgin etc who'll probably never benefit from 2 promotion spots in first division,what's their incentive to vote a club in 2 leagues ahead of them,thus missing out the financial benefits of games against us in their league?

The lower leagues already promote two clubs and have playoffs.

Maybe he can't stomach the club bending over and taking a ramming from lawell by going to first division? Plenty feel the same.

As well as the several 1st division teams who've already said they wouldn't vote for direct entry into their division. Why would the clubs in the bottom two tiers vote us in ahead of them,missing out on the financial benefits of us going through their league? Why would the first division sides who've said no already change their mind? They would effectively all be playing for nothing as we'd more than likely win the league. These issues are what makes me think division 1 is a non starter,the SPL clubs may want it but why would a sufficient number of SFL clubs vote for something that has no benefit to them?
