  1. It's always been left to people like Chris Graham to try and defend the Club. The last week has been a total PR disaster for Rangers. Thank God the IPO was in December and not around this time, because there's no way that the Club would have made £22 million with stories like this circulating.
  2. Maybe curiousity is getting the better of me in this instance, buddy. I'd like to know what's being said about the Club I support. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - It never struck me either that I need to have made thousands of posts on this forum before people here even take me seriously. That's like "I go to games and you don't, so I'm a better fan." No chance. Fuck right off with that one. We're all Rangers fans. All entilted to an opinion regardless of how many posts you've made.
  3. Tonight's programme still ain't up on the STV Player website. Why should me watching it concern you anyway? You already have me pinned as someone who is anti-Green...
  4. The Scottish media clearly have an agenda, yes. I don't listen to anyone apart from myself and my fellow Rangers fans. That is the right way to go.
  5. It's not, it's more inconclusive if anything. A lot of Bears are thinking and feeling the way I do tonight. Like I said, I hope I'm wrong, because it's the last thing our Club needs after the whole sorry Whyte saga.
  6. Seriously? The guy hasn't ever really sat right with me. There's always been something not quite right about him. I may be wrong, and I hope I am, but after tonight's developments I keep leading to this conclusion. But I'm going to watch Scotland Tonight soon and have my own take on it. I've read a lot about it on here and on Twitter, and I doesn't look good.
  7. I haven't saw tonight's episode of Scotland Tonight yet, so I'm going to reserve judgement until I do. I'm going to go online soon and check it out on STV Player. I was just wanting to know what everyone else thought about this. I'm interested in what our fans think and say.
  8. Charles Green. Do we still trust him in his position as custodian of Rangers after today's developments? Thoughts, please.
  9. No, they played into the hands of C*ltic when the guy with the Poppy got the sack. The story about the C*ltic fan is an unrelated matter.
  10. The Record and The Mail have been consistenly trying to slander the club. The Stokes/RIRA story was dropped at headline in place of a story about a man with a criminal record who was interested in investing in Rangers. Why print that at headline if it's not intended to do damage? I was just before our IPO. Allan Rennie reckoned it would make investors think twice. C*ltic and the Daily Record are in a commercial printing deal together as well. I've worked for them, and there was good times. But I also saw this gentleman in question lose his job because he spoke out about C*ltic not wearing the Poppy. Something everyone else in the country was doing that day. Another friend (a C*ltic fan) at Securigroup also had his hours cut because he applied to another company for a job and the Area Manager took the huff. You couldn't make it up, mate.
  11. Something funny about a man losing his job due to the bigoted C*ltic FC?
  12. There are a few companies dotted around Scotland that will do anything to please C*ltic FC. I urge all Bears to desist from either working for them, working with them, investing in them, buying their product, etc. They are: Securigroup Ltd ProtectEvent (C*ltic FC) Daily Record Sunday Mail BBC Scotland I know that we are all required by law to pay the Licence Fee, but a major boycott of BBC Scotland would soon get the message across. The Daily Rhebel and The Sunday Liam have been trying to drag us through the mud for years, with the likes of Keith Jackson writing lies into his columns. Propaganda machines run solely to try and destroy Rangers. Securigroup and ProtectEvent do security at Parkhead. One very trusted person has told me that C*ltic's chief security boffins had Securigroup terminate his employment due to a blog that he'd written criticising them for ordering that all employees (inside the stadium and around it) were to remove their Poppys before entering C*ltic Park before a match on Remembrance Day. Let's not allow these bastards to do this anymore. Remember the power of the Rangers Pound.
  13. A bit harsh on most of our coaches, given that under Walter they managed to keep the players fit and get them playing well. They also won many medals in this time. Maybe the problem is the players themselves. Or the manager. I still think that Ally McCoist is the man for the job though. Maybe a Director of Football would be good for him as well. Gordon Smith wasn't allowed to do this job to the full extent due to constraints by Whyte last season.
  14. Dunfermline's transfer embargo is imposed upon them for being in administration. Rangers were blackmailed into accepting a transfer embargo, which was deemed unlawful by a court of law, in return for SFA membership transfer from 'Oldco'. That's the difference. In a nutshell, as we all already know, the SFA are corrupt to the core.
  15. I actually have two clowns on Twitter wondering the same thing... Where the fuck are these people from? to call them braindead is an understatement.
  16. St Johnstone's chairman was recently in the news saying that cuts will need to be made if they don't sell more season tickets, as they can't keep sustaining their current budget with what they've got.
  17. So they say, but they won't be able to keep up their current wage bill with the revenue stream they currently have. They have been finishing near bottom on the SPL in recent years too. A League Cup win won't generate millions either. They need Rangers. Clubs like St Mirren are losing around £200,000 a year because of the absence of Rangers. It's a shame they can't pull the crowd they did at Hampden every other week in Paisley. Yet another club who's being let down by supporters.
  18. St Mirren, Kilmarnock, Dundee United, Motherwell, Hearts and St Johnstone are all SPL clubs who are in severe financial trouble if they don't find another good source of revenue. Sure, remember the statement after the Motherwell AGM saying that the club had been let down by fans promising to buy season tickets. The same fans who influenced their vote against Rangers being in the SPL. 500 Motherwell FC season ticket holders that was! Sorry troops, but I'd be fucking incandescent if the future of my Club was resting on the narrow-mindedness of 500 people. St Johnstone are another who say that fans, or the lack of them, is letting their club down. It's like turkey's who've voted for Christmas! ... and I love it!
  19. DAFC are already members of the SFL, mate. They play in the First Division.
  20. So Dunfermline Athletic FC look like they may go out of business.... Do we care? Who do you reckon will be next to take the plunge?
  21. Hardly "tremendous" when your team have a budget thats millions of pounds bigger than every club in their league. Even 3 or 4 SPL clubs put together couldn't match the budget of C*ltic. I know that Rangers run on a budget far greater than every club in the SFL, but then again we weren't boasting about going to Wembley earlier in the year. We can't sign players at the moment either.
  22. It shouldn't bother us where they play or win their "title". The SPL is more predictable than WWE wrestling. C*ltic won't be rated by any top European clubs for winning it. They have played just as bad as us this season. One C*ltic fan I know actually admitted to me that it's been shit without Rangers. He also said that they've played shite too but it's been made bearable by their run in the Champions League. Neil Lennon was heralded as brilliant manager by the Scottish press but in actual fact he managed C*ltic to their biggest European aggregate defeat in 50 years and they are still on course to be "the worst SPL champions" in six years. Something to do with their points tally not being as high as their previous championship winning seasons. If the SPL want to run the risk of the potential trouble of hosting a C*ltic match the same day that Rangers are playing, then it's a matter they'll have to take up with Strathclyde Police. Yet another fuck up by the SPL...
  23. It kinda looks like you are, IMO. I haven't a clue why people from India get called "Pakis". I am smart enough to know the simple fact that they are two different countries. Maybe it shows the intellect, or the lack of it in some people. Or maybe because Pakistan used to be part of India... Your guess is as good as mine. Remember though, all ethnic groups can and do get racially abused. Such as Jews being called "yids", caucasian people being called "honkeys", afro-Americans being called "niggers"... The list is endless. It's either all okay or none of it is. I think none of it is, but that's just my opinion.
  24. Oh, by the way, thanks for your refresher on the geographics of the Middle East. The one thing I've been longing to find here on RangersMedia(!)
  25. So by your logic, millions of people up and down the UK are racists because they've used the term "Paki" one or twice? Pull the other one. That is your opinion, however. But even if you have never used this term, you must know a friend or a family member who has. If you don't, then you don't live in the real world.
