    Rangers currently play in Scottish Football League Division Three.

    "There will be a European league because big teams can't keep subsidising small teams for the next 10 years because they will go stale," said Green.

    "Arsenal don't want to play Southampton or Swansea, but ask them if they want to play Celtic or Rangers. It's what the fans want to see.

    "Fans across the world want to see Manchester United play Barcelona, not just once every few years but every season.

    "If there are two divisions of 18 clubs, how could Rangers not be a part of that?

    "I'm convinced it will happen because otherwise where will the revenues for the top come from?

    "These days Arsenal are struggling to sell out their game against West Ham."

    Last month, BBC Scotland revealed Scottish clubs, including Rangers, were to discuss the possibility of being part of a new European regional league set-up.

    Uefa is believed to be becoming increasingly concerned by the polarisation across the game between the top clubs and top leagues and is open to change.

    And Green added: "How can Manchester United's revenues be £320m and Aston Villa, who are completely useless, get £250m?

    "What Manchester United put into world football is massive, but what they take out of it is a joke and they won't put up with that for much longer."

  3. This is the bain of my life watching my civil liberties being eroded and wilted away on the most spied upon country in the western world, and for what? The idea we have a democratic country with proper sensible legislation went a long time ago. All common sense has evaporated in that one word they keep spouting, Terrorism. I've done the Gulf wars, Northern Ireland etc and feel more threatened by my own Government and its Guard dogs (Police) then i ever did against a tangible enemy.

    Personally i think it calls for that Spartacus moment where we all stand together and refuse to co-operate. Where 500+ Rangers fans refuse to give their name and address and are whisked off to the nearest police station for failing to do so and released 6 hrs later not charged. It'll happen once and that will be the end of it, they would have to re-think as the last time 6 polis was left to control 45,000 fans because of over jealous police.

Personally i have total faith in Ally to win the league, he deserves a fair crack of the whip for sticking with Rangers when i'm guessing he could have walked away and made as much money on TV/SKY/RADIO but chose to take a pay cut and see us through these difficult times. I also think he do the honest thing and stand down if he feels he isn't producing what is required of a Rangers manager. He's got 3 yrs to build a team capable of winning the SPL at the 1st attempt, if it's still there. Everything comes to those who wait.

  5. Too many taigs infiltrating such institutions at all levels for their own personal agenda ie. the intimidation and harassment of us!

    I personally object to being filmed for doing nothing other than walking to the stadium. I see it as a breach of my civil liberties and human rights. I am being criminalised for being a Rangers supporter. I detest it. It infuriates me and I serously want to do them harm. I only hope that I continue to contain myself without lashing out at these bigoted bullying taig minded bastards. I wouldn't see those cunts in my road if I met them out of uniform. If fucking only!

    I believe the law states anyone can use a camera device in/on public land, so you can take pictures of them as well. If you feel he/she has mistreated you always try to get it on camera. As for giving your name and address you are not legally obliged to unless you have committed an offence, but more and likely he'll make up something to try and intimidate you to get a response. You correct response should be "am i lawfully bound to give you my name and address" for which if he responds should be no. The only exception to the rule is section 44 the terrorism act i believe.

  6. I always think of this great quote when i think of Rangers at this moment in time. When you have been in my shoes then you can criticize otherwise f@@k off. It is also aptly named "citizen in a Republic" which is quite appropriate having had all but sundry attack us.
