Who cares what team we support when we're in extremis? We're all in the same boat when the grim reaper is peering at us...

Most places I've worked for have a strategic plan for getting the organisation to where it needs to be over 2/3/5 years whatever, setting out what 'success' means etc, what the vision is, how to achieve it etc (sorry for the corp crap phrases). Is there one in place for Rangers - and if so what do people think of it?

He's a complete tit and you should just ignore him (and one or two of his brothers in arms). Same old, same old, thread after thread, 'taig' wanker' 'cunt' etc. It's like a one man Tourette's convention. Trouble is that this type of poster- and they infest all forums - stops a lot of people wanting to post because they don't want all the abuse.

I've plenty to say on other places and under other names about West Ham. And we're pretty crap as I'll freely admit.
