Fergie said on his return from Blackburn that he would never leave Rangers now that he was home. He new hed made a mistake leaving back then and he wont leave again. The midfield creativity of Davis and Mendes has been affected by Fergies return to the side. Think its pretty poor that he has been allowed to walk straight back into a midfield that for once was looking pretty good!! Whatever bids come in he simply wont agree to go!

Whats the point of selling Novo, JCD and replacing them with Dean Shiels One thing is for sure, it's going to get alot worse over the next few seasons for us Nacho Novo wont be going anywhere...we still rely on him coming on to bail us out on many occasions (Yesterday for example when he came on against united and set up Lafferty).

If he has the speed and is comfortable on the ball (as he is ment to be) then a player can play the attacking fullback role. Remember Gio played midfield for us but has played LB at the highest level around europe. I know nothing about EDU just thought midfield is pretty strong as is (held on to Thomson last night who is defensive mid) and Barry still to return so where in midfield exactly does EDU fit in.......????? Another Gio in the making.......? :unionflag: Could be? As long as he comes in and performs well i don't care where he plays tbh. From what i've seen of him he looks like a good all rounder so could probably adapt to full back or centre half quite easily. We know what wattie is like for playing players out of position he'll have him in goals by the end of the week! There is no doubt that he has played the majority of his games in centre midfield but really looking forward to seeing him in action. Think he will be a good signing for us. In goals by end of week..lol..good one mate!

I have a feeling we might see Edu at LB and Broadfoot at CB. If Edu is defensive mid with skill and pace then he could be seen as an Alan Hutton type. Does Wattie rate Broadfoot as CB....who knows. not saying id put Broadfoot at CB but....stranger things have happened.!!

Looks like you having links to USA you might have an idea where Edu will be played in our team? Do you think RB or CB? Have you watched him much and if so where do you think he should play? Ps Beasley goal on saturday was a cracking strike but this doesnt get mentioned in the papers!

May be an obvious one but think we should spend some of the £30 odd million to sign van Bronckhorst. This would sort the problem left back position. I believe he is back playing in Holland so surely we could temp him back?? We need to spend money we have done much since we stopped spending after Advocatt so lets build on last season.
