  1. I think the 3/1 for more than one goal in first half looks good, especially since it's on another artificial surface and having had the practice today coupled with the fact they're eager to make a quick impact in games to take the pressure off themselves. I'd go for 0-3 (0-2 HT). Anyway, can't wait for Sunday and the league cup draw tomorrow, bring it all on. I can't think if I've ever felt the excitement of playing the Alloa's, Peterheads, Ayr's, Airdrie's until this season. The way we're playing is incredible - and I think we stand a good chance against a premier league side, although I'd prefer to avoid Septic for now.
  2. Had a look at their thread. In fairness, they're not a disrespectful bunch of fans, at least most of them that posted, they're honest and realistic, from what I read. Meanwhile, at the piggery, well.....they're just a bunch of ^%$^%$#, *&*&^ing scum bags, the lot of them.
  3. Firstly, where's the proof that King is a liar? It ended up 17million (BTW 8 million of his own money is still the latest investment anyone has offered since this debacle began) because the current shareholders would still be involved in the club. If King managed to have his offer accepted and over time has his own people behind him, people that care and not in it for the money, I can see him investing more. MA on the other hand is in this for himself, what good do you think he's bringing to the club? I can't see one redeeming quality in the man. Ally is a bit delusional, he honestly thinks he has what it takes and will still get us up this year. Beyond that I think he knows his time is limited. But he wants to walk away being the savior that stabilized the club and took them from the 4th tier back to the first in successive seasons.
  4. I understand, but rather than just say it's 'rubbish' or 'bollocks' could you expand on your thoughts? My view is that's the only way to drive out Ashley and the board, so unless you think they're doing a good job, have the club's interests at heart or will come good if we go up, what's the reason for your remark? If you want to argue and debate you need some substance behind the comment.
  5. Hmmm, clearly you thought for some time before posting that well thought out response. Sassaaa, what makes you think we are finished if we are not promoted? I'd like to know why. We need change more than we need promotion right now. For once I think the fans need to think about the long term rather than the short term.
  6. I'm trying to figure out what's happening with our great club. Since Murray sold Rangers, we've crumbled due to lack the lack of a non-profit seeking leader. I can't say there's one person at Ibrox that has the best interests of the club at heart, except Ally McCoist. Unfortunately, I don't think Ally isn't the manager for us. However, I'd go after the board first. What is going on with them? Ashley - WTF? We need to drive that self-serving prick out now, followed by the rest. I believe the fans have the power to force change, but only if EVERYONE boycotts Sports Direct and Ibrox for now. With the suborn arses in charge, we'll have to accept going backwards before we can go forwards. Once we get back into the premier league with more financial options open to us, we'll find it more difficult to make that happen. So, I'd prefer to boycott everything, starve Ashely and the board of cash and open the doors for King and co to come back in and turn this club around without lining the pockets of our board and mystery shareholders. If that means waiting another year in the Championship, so be it.
  7. I fully behid the decisions made by the SFA and Rangers. To the 22% who thought it was harsh, you must remember that Ferguson and McGregor showed total disrespect to us all on Wednesday night. We, the fans, pay their wages and if they were employees of your firm, you would sack them immediately. Rangers FC is a club and a business, not a charity or a comedy club. We have a global image to maintain and if Ferguson and McGregor don't play again for the club, then that is the best way we can get our good image back.
  8. What is sectarianism anyway? Wikipedia says: Sectarianism is bigotry, discrimination, prejudice or hatred arising from attaching importance to perceived differences between subdivisions within a group, such as between different denominations of a religion or the factions of a political movement. Schooling segregation based on religion at age 4 is an ideal created by the Irish Catholic church, is it not? They have only themselves to blame. Eradication of sectarianism is firmly in the hands of the people who complain about it most. Ironic isn't it.
