If anything has came out of this whole debacle, it's that we now KNOW the law means the square root of fuck all to the powers that be in Scotland.
This is a frightening but 100% accurate statement. Seriously, we will be telling our Grandkids about this whole situation in years to come, and still be sitting in amazement!!

I cannot thank Ally McCoist enough for what he has done for the club. He certainly has made his bed and had proudly lay in it like a true supporter. He truly is Super Ally!!
:praise:Its Green you need to thank according to some, as Ally just does what he authorises.
McCoist is a nice guy, but he also one of the strongest personalities in football, and doesn't need Green to authorise him fighting for The Rangers.

Walter was made to look stupid by the McColl tyre kicking consortium so I can't blame him if he wants to take a back seat.
The man deserves a break from all this shit.

Anyone know what exactly is being done with the money?
Obviously the club has been saved by Green and they have another 20m injection this month. This makes the 500k they have seem negligible, so what are the plans? I gave quite bit of money and would like to know what the scoop is.

Its amazing mate - how they can be so "up for it" one minute, and then not giving a toss the next is bizarre. It really does seem that folk have jumped on the band wagon to f#ck us over, rather than help their own club. Even with the sheep and the tarriers I would always put the love of my own club before the hatred of them - and believe me I have plenty for both of them!!

I have been reading all this about him over the last few days with a degree of skepticism i must admit. However USA law is a very different animal to UK law.
Under SOX if D&P are on the american stock exchange then there are some pretty stringent laws that they must abide by. Even when they are conducting business in a different country the SOX laws still apply to them.
Added to that the litigation laws in the USA he might just be on to something.
Still will keep my skepticism for the moment but it makes for interesting reading
If the Bureau get on your scent and have the evidence it is safe to say you will end up doing some serious time - seen the jails in the US? F#ck that!!

I have said before I am surprised that Green does not call Bombers bluff as it was, show all the info publicly and then sell 30,000 season tickets the next day!!

Lied about trying for a cva, or was incompetent to not know HMRC laws.
Lied about one of his investors, who was actually backing Walters bid.
Lied about the players having to transfer over through tupe.
Lied aboout no one person owning more than 15% of Rangers.
Tried to con Walter and McColl with his 20 million price tag to buy us.
Told us we had 19 transfer targets, 5 at the euros. Still waiting.
Told us we have 20/30 million in investment in the post. Still waiting.
Asked people to buy season books for a league he cant deliver.
Patronised the support with his braveheart pish.
Left us with a squad of 13 players less than 2 weeks before the season starts.
Wrote letters to english clubs that had nothing to do with the transfer of any of our players.
Told Ally, when he goes then green will go the same day. Which is just a joke of a way to run a football club.
Still not convinced by mr green, hoping he proves me wrong.
Told Dave King he was going to sack Ally and get another manager in. Dave King told Ally. When confronted by Ally he lied again and denied it.

Are you not amazed by that? I am still flabbergasted to be honest. Never in my life have I heard any team other than school teams looking for towels and the basics.
