  1. He's not been terrible today.

He's not been great, but he's not been terrible.

You haven a laugh? Lost count how many times he has lost the ball, out of position and running round with his head up his arse. The guy is gash as a midfielder. Play him center half. As for McCullouch, he needs to be told he's not a midfielders arsehole.

  2. Now before you all think, here we go another thread on Mo Edu, what in gods name is Coisty playing Mo right midfield? When he signed, was he not a center half and playing that role with the USA national team. Now he is absolute gash in midfield, so if he's not going to be played at the back, why not get shot of him, he is murder as a midfielder.

  3. We cant force players to sign for us, clubs and players are holding out to get the best deals for themselves.

The money spent on Wallace and Dorin and extending current contracts shows their is cash being spent.

Money spent on existing players was not improving what we already had. We severly needed fresh faces and more quality in addition to what we could always re secure a wee bit down the line, maybe apart from sorting out shagger. Lack of action on ensuring new faces with better quality arrived is concerning. That's all I am referring to.

  4. This Malmo tie and Kanaus look very familiar. Shyte preparation after a huge end to the previous season, player and transfer uncertainty, shyte first leg..... My fear. Is we will be put out, then go and buy goodwill, culler and 1 or 2 more. Massive lost revenue due to being unprepared and shortsighted in the transfer market. FFS , CL money is what keeps us afloat, can't understand why we would nit go out and ensure we had fresh faces ( better quality ) before our season strts, rather than get agreements and players in after the shyte has hit the fan. Majorly pissed off if history repeats itself, especially when Coisty was here first rime around !

    Rant over

  5. Lads, cool yer jets. Let's all think of kenny's possible return aa a positive, hes had a good few months in the sun and learned a few football things in Turkey. The guy was quality last season, he remained top scorer of the spl, the board at the time offered him shyte and he moved. To get him back for a million or below would still be a quality signing. Oh and by the way, we still won the championship as well. A return of Kenny miller on the right deal for player and club would be great for the Rangers.

  6. I should not even like this guy, afterall he released me 20 years ago. However, I love the man for what he has done for Rangers Football Club. A true Rangers man, and certainly a modern day legend of the game. Arise Sir Walter, I for one will always hold you in the highest regard and I, along with all Rangers supporters, will never ever forget what you have given to the most successful football club in the world.

    A true Star !

  7. My Message to Sir Walter,

    Please re sign wee Nacho.

Aye he is no Maradona, No Laudrup nor a cartain Paul Casgoingn, however, the wee man has done wonders for our club, is more dedicated than anyone I have seen in a long time with a light blue jersey on, scored some of the most important goals in our recent history, loves the supporters and would certainly re join givin the opportunity.

Cmon Watty, Coisty, and Kenny.....get your fingers oot and get the wee man back......

Hibs away to win the Championship...Up steps wee Nacho

Scottish cup final goal of the century....Up steps wee Nacho

Penalty to send us to a European Final..... Up Steps weee Nacho

Lifting Watty as high as he could at Dundee Utd after the final whistle.......Yes again up Steps wee Nacho

What does one man have to acheive to be appreciated by the mighty Rangers??????????

Please Sir Watty, get tyhe wee man back.

  8. Night.jpg

A lot of work went into the pitch, it's one of the best in Britain and a few Premiership clubs came upto Glasgow a few months ago to see how we keep it in that condition. Good to see it like that as a few years ago it was like Wigan's. :anguish:

    That's a cracking picture (tu)

Ah now I get it. Kenny Miller is under those lamps somewhere, as a groundsman to get a free shot of the tanning lights !

  9. Heading over to Australia tomorrow and will be in Melbourne for the match. Had a look at "bluenose bars" but could not see anything for Rangers friendly pubs. Any one know a good place to watch it down under?

Will pubs be open down under when the game kicks off?

Aye, it's eleven hours ahead, so I will have all day to "prepare" for it...I will probably collapse before kick off!

Depending where you are going to be based once in Melbourne.

The Melbourne Glasgow Rangers supporters gather to watch the ganme in Langwarrin (about an hour from the city)

Always a good chance you will be able to watch the game at the casino on the Yarra in the City (Crown)

  10. I did. Best decision I ever made from a dream perspective, worst decision I made for my career.

RFC do not give young players a chance.

No Manager is prepared to blood youngsters as the fear of retribution and potential sacking / damaged reputation from the support if results dont go the right way unfortunately.

Years ago the strategy of playing 5 a sides every day did not do much for the development of young players. Nor did the jobs (Youth / Reserve Coaching positions) for the boys mentality help the progress of young players.

Lets hopr they have the right coaches in at Murray park to develop young talent.

When I was living the dream, we had the Scotland U/18 captain, England U/18 captain, Northern Ireland Internationalist, many Young Scotland Internationalists. No one ever made the grade at RFC at senior level. Shyte coaches ruined some great young players.

Would suggest that John Spencer was only the true Young Player that went on and had a good career. That was after he left Ibrox.

  11. WTF does our groundstaff get paid for, we spent over £1million getting that pitch relayed and blended with artificial grass and it still looks a Fucking state!

Before anybody jumps on this as excuse for todays performance it's not, both team had to play on it.

I'm just pointing out the Fact were pissing away more money!

Looked like an ice rink, maybe Walter picks the ground staff too. <_<

Groundstaff are manged by the first team manager, he tells the groundstaff what he wants for every home game. Wattie ? Leveller? we have seen it before have we not?

  12. I have one aswell - ITV football and a Question of Sport is calling, do one!

Guys with all due respect, lets not tarnish coisty in all of this. Lets be honest, if ally stood up against walter, he's oot the door. Maybe he reads this stuff, maybe he doesnt?? : <_< just no need to tarnish ally's rep with the shyte that smith is dishing up. Same as walter and souness, it was souness that got us the early success, then it was mad archie now that drove the boys forward.

  13. Stand up to Walter otherwise he is going to ruin yer reputation as one of the all time greats of RFC. Dont go down with Wattie. You and Kenny need to front him and tell him he is past it. You cant afford to lose yer reputation amongst the true bears. yer a legend and always should be !
