  1. Where is he ?

I'm sure he'll be at Murray Park most days mate, fire down if you want a word with him :P

haha, nah I'm just jokin about bud. He wasn't in our squad against Inverness was he ? Well now that we have more fit over 21's, Walter must have just decided to keep him outside of the squad for that game, haven't heard that he's injured anyways.

    (tu)

  2. Loy, Little & Velicka will never be Rangers strikers for differing reasons. Give it another 3 years and they'll be lucky to have accumulated 50 matches between them.

Beattie is yet to stay fit enough to play, and I was meaning if Miller was sold - which would leave us with Jelavic and Laff, along with Beattie.

  3. Weiss, Whittaker and Foster were shite yesterday.

Weiss never got into the game & the ball didn't come his way from LB or MF. At fault for the goal for not getting goalside to defend Hayes run.

Whittaker, looked lost at RM yesterday..totally, totally lost, he drifted in CM from time to time and his passing was hellish.

Foster almost cos us a goal at the start of the 2nd half by gifting the ball to Caley but his pace got him out of trouble. His passing and crosses were rank all day long and never looked like he'd get down the line.

  4. Ness has been injured until the week before the Scotland v Faroes friendly at Pittodrie.

He came on as a 2nd half sub for Kyle Hutton in the U21's game the following night. Give the lad a chance to get back in, get fit & then into the first team squad. I'm sure he'll come good :)

  5. Hutton played bloody well last night guys.

He was nervous in the first 5-10mins, but god, would you not be if you were 19 and starting your first European match for Rangers...against Man Utd ? .....er, aye you would be.

His touch wasn't great to begin with, but he grew in confidence after finding a few simple passes to feet.

He stood up against Scholes & Carrick very well for a kid. Credit to Lee, for coaching him through much of the game.

Weiss wanted to play stepover in our LB area, he underhit a pass to Foster & Nani ran onto the loose ball & drove into the box. We blocked the low cross from Nani, and Hutton turned at Weiss and gave him a fuckin Bollocking :) I love that type of passion & commitment from any Rangers player, but especially a youth on his European debut. Class.

  6. I'm amazed how a player who has spent his entire career as a bit part player in the french lower divisions has suddenly become our great-white(ish) hope without anyone actually having seen him play.

I wouldn't put Kerkar in that kind of bracket, but I'd like to see what he has to offer

  7. he scored 6 goals in 7/8 reserve games..tbh I'm not sure if that was from left midfield or upfront. Posibly a mix of the two positions, but considering the length of time Walter & Ally kept faith with him, I'd say he's going to be a decent addition to the squad.
