Why doesn`t Paul Murray not come out and say all these allegations instead of making his minions do his dirty work. He won`t because he knows they are lies and doesn`t want done for lying. He leaves it for the gullible fools to do his bidding.
Let's use the McCann's as an example. The daughter went missing. That is a fact. Nobody knows what went on, but the parents were, at the very least, neglectful. Nobody can come out and publicly accuse them of having murdered Maddie, but something went on and something stinks with it. No proof, no convictions.

It means that scams go on all the time without being found out. Don't you think it incredible that Rangers were put into administration? They were trading perfectly well until CW withheld the tax & NI. It's not like the club couldn't trade like Hearts. People seem to be forgetting this with all that is going on just now.

Irrespective of how it got there, that's where it was - Green took a punt and made it work.
It's not a fucking conspiracy theory. There was no need for the club to go into admin. CW engineered the situation. Where did all the money go that was due to be paid to the taxman? Has that been found yet?

Take a look at the background of all that were involved in the process and tell me what proof you will find. Does it mean that they didn't do what they did because there is no proof of wrongdoing? Do you think they make a living out of screwing and flipping companies and then go all above board once they buy Rangers?

Despite the BDO report clearing D&P of any wrong doing.....what part of the facts is so hard to accept from the Murray supporters.

If they did they would own the club but they don't and now want to get it on the cheap without paying out to get it.

As 1st Jan says it's his money.
That's where it doesn't add up. Wasn't it the case that he only put in about £25k but walked away with over a million or so? That million or so was fans' and investors' money. He cashed in shares that he got for fuck all, he never bought them and saw the value of them rise through normal market conditions.

Money can be syphoned off to companies without being illegal. But just because it it not illegal doesn't mean that it has been paid out for services rendered at market prices. This is how these people make their money and screw companies for all they can.
A lot of people seem naive to this kind of practise. Money is syphoned through layers of companies until it gets to where it is intended to be, but is almost untraceable. While they can say that the IPO cost 25% as opposed to the normal 5% or so, a detailed break down would be required into what the inflated costs were for and where it went.

I was behind CG initially and his bluster was refreshing, but as time has gone on and information has come out, it appears that something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

Can't get much more of a lack of corporate governance than that, so Mr Ticketus can fuck right off with his whining about the board. Whatever their issues, they are doing a better job than the last one he was part of.
Wasn't the debt only about 18 million when the club was sold? And the club was only sold due to pressure on SDM from his other business interests?
Hardly "run into the ground" when things were heading in the right direction.
