  1. A lot of people worried about these players and being able to challenge for the Premiership.

Contracts up at the end of the season:

    Lee McCulloch

    Jon Daly

    Bilel Mohsni

    Steven Smith

    Richard Foster

    Ian Black

    Sebastian Faure

    Kyle Hutton

    Kris Boyd(option of another year)

    Kenny Miller(option of another year)

Darren McGregor (option of another year)

Plenty of scope for a clear out.

In terms of signing players, the quality will want to come so it's just about having the funds.

  2. Goalkeepers

    Cammy Bell

    Scott Gallacher

    Liam Kelly

    Left Back

    Lee Wallace

    Steven Smith

    Central Defence

    Bilel Mohsni

    Darren McGregor

    Marius Zaliukas*

    Luca Gasparotto

    Craig Halkett

    Lee McCulloch

    Right Back

    Richard Foster

    Sebastian Faure

    Holding Midfield

    Ian Black

    Kyle Hutton

    Central Midfield

    Nicky Law

    Lewis McLeod

    Andy Murdoch

    Robbie Crawford

    Arnold Peralta

    Attacking Midfield

    David Templeton

    Dean Shiels

    Fraser Aird

    Calum Gallagher

    Barrie McKay

    Forwards

    Kris Boyd

    Kenny Miller

    Nicky Clark

    Jon Daly

For me, the squad depth is fine, just maybe lacking a better quality right back.

I would also let Jon Daly and Arnold Peralta go if possible.

Jig isn't going to get a regular game but he's club captain and can play a number of postions so still a good guy to have around.

  3. no i must not admit.

you simply cant say for certain why people didnt renew.

id hazzard a guess that there are a large amoubt have not renewed because Ally is still in charge, and the football has been dire.

Give over mate - I'm not pushing any agenda before that's levelled at me but what you are suggesting is nonsense.

The football has been pished since day dot with McCoist, are you saying it's taken 3 seasons for people to decide?

  4. If bears on here are really honest with themselves they would admit that 17k is shit and 25k would have been decent considering all the circumstances.

25k will be decent if we hit that from the public sale. Not fantastic, but just decent.

If we hit 30k then that would be fantastic. No one could deny that. I would love to see us get 30k.

Unless there's a total u turn by the groups who are against the board, how do you expect us to sell another 13k?

  5. So you believe the reduction in sales is totally down to distrust in the board.

That the negative disruptive actions by DK and the UOF has had no effect.

    Keep dreaming.

Not sure how you differentiate between the 2?

If you don't trust the board you won't renew.

If you back the UOF or SOS it means you don't trust the board so you won't renew.

    What other category is there?

  6. Knew it wouldn't take long for the doomsday merchants to show up.

17,000 ST in the circumstances is not bad at all.

Public sales starting Monday, I think there will be an increase in those due to people realising that DK has ridden off into the sunset

leaving the union of fannies high and dry.

The circumstances are about the lack of trust in the board mate so nothing wrong with what he said.

It's more than I was expecting but still disappointing. If you think we are going to sell a shite load in the public sale I think you're in for a rude awaking.

If we managed to sell 20k in total that won't be too bad.

  7. No need to take one of their seats they fill less than half the section. I hope the club do reserve their seats so they can pay match to match and still stand as a group . The reason we want in the BF1 is to be in beside them , stand up and watch the match without anyone moaning about it and to enjoy the atmosphere they create .

Don't know who yer post is aimed at but if its me yer way off the mark. I just hope they will be there next season supporting the team and I don't give a fuck if they renew or pay match to match as long as they turn up.

Should have made it clear, wasn't at you mate.

Based on comments made by people over the last few months.

  8. What are we all lookong for in terms of results next season.

what would you consider a success?

For me it would be a comfotable league win, with winning at least 1 cup ( ramsdens) and at least one more final.

If we can manage that and play some nice football along the way, i'd be a happy camper.

    discuss..

    Championship Winners

    Good Cup Run

    Better performances

    In that order

  9. Ahh that's not the whole story to your original reply though is it? It would seem by your statement that I am advocating that unless the board are supported I am against the poster, that is not the case and cannot be proven to be so. I have on numerous occasions stated that I am willing to give the board time until the release of accounts during their tenure can be shown, so I can see the results of the job they are doing. If someone can provide me with facts that the board are "trousering money in large amounts with the investors involved" then I will possibly change my stance, as of yet I am poorly equipped with such proof or facts.

It is also my stance that any boycott or involvement by MD or SoS, or to a varying degree the FF/RTS and RFFF is also suspect due to their seeming willingness to see this club go into admin again. All this would appear to be in the name of bringing in a DK and maybe a Murray or two, you could ask my proof of that. I would point to the numerous articles by Comedy Cat and others concerning the need for DK's £30-£50 Mil pound investment. if you wish to report me for the usage of Comedy Cat then go ahead.

Should there be anything else it will have to wait until I have had dinner and then I will be on Rangers Chat for a while, so I will not in fact be "running away". I will reply to any direct post or point you make when I return.

Well for what it's worth I more or less agree with you on the first part. Not so sure you are right about the 2nd.

Still don't agree about the reasons people are abused - a lot of the time it's unwarranted.
