Why does it need any statement, Alistair made the position crystal clear in his Two Year article he is quite at ease with GW's financial information.
To be fair, that's not a barometer to judge anything on.

My only question would be:
Why would Wallace want 120 days to sort the finances out if by day 60ish we're going into administration?

Queen of the South got into Europe after finishing runners up to us in the cup.
We are not banned from Europe. The issue is producing 3 years audited accounts when the company only has 1.
The SFA would have to put a case forward for us not having them.

You moan that things were absolutely shit yet you expect new guys to turn it around in 4 weeks over the festive season.

I don't expect everything to be turned around by now but I certainly expected some positives.
It's all very well saying 'we are trying to cut costs' but what costs have actually been cut, other the manager's salary that he volunteered months ago.

Stockbridge has cut earning potential by 50%. Crighton, Somers, Easdale are on circa £100k BETWEEN them.
Not sure about Wallace but I would be willing to bet its a lot less than he is used to.
Are people going to keep referring to past Board members who took the piss on this subject to continue the hatred towards the NEW board members.
People are if the opinion that the board still has the same influence as it previously did.
It's 4 weeks since the AGM and I have yet to see anything that convinces me that this board can sort us out. Stories like this don't help.
