For this season McGregor is more than enough.
We need a new goalkeeper, we need a new strong centre half, we need a pacy right wing back, we need a new striker, a couple of wingers, a ball winning CDM and an attacking CM. Those are the most important positions we need filled.
So basically a whole new team lol,,, would be quicker just saying what we dont need

18 months of football management experience do not fill me with confidence, particularly as Brentford's ground, from memory, is less elaborate than my garden shed.

I actually knew someone once who did,, with several of the big English clubs and as I recall he also applied for the Scotland Job when Walter left,,, fair play to some of the clubs who actually took the time to write back to him (SFA didnt). He showed me one letter from a championship side (cant mind what one now) and it was quite funny as they basically said someone with all his success would be too ambitious for a club of their size and they feared he would simply be using them as a stepping stone to move on to a top Premiership side lol.

It's not been a blanket 5% though. At best I've went up 15% and at worst 20%. Can't remember what I was last year but reckon anywhere between £330 and £350 and now I'm £400.
Yeh I am about the same. Mine last year was about £340 in GF5,, now its £389,,, dont think I will be taking it this year anyway

Had my ST since we went into Div 3 ,,but had to vote no this time. Just can't see me affording it this year.
The job I have in the Army means I work 4 on 4 off and have worked out that I would get about 4 weekends when I am off, and then when my shifts hit the weekends again it is about 6 weeks before they come back around again. That means as we usually only at home every second week, only 2 matches I can make then missing possibly 3,,, and the bastards will probably move the odd game to mid week as well.
So I think I will be going on game to game basis this year ,, purely from the value for money aspect,, gutted as I swore when I got it in div3 I would stick with it until we where back up

Dont think at this point I will be renewing mine,,, back in the Army now and work a 4 days.. 4 off,,, 4 nights,,, 4 off system,, worked out that i would get 4 weeks where weekends fall on days off then 6 weeks before it comes back around again so probably better value for money to just pick the games when im on stand down.
I did however swear to myself I would get a ST when we went into the lower lgs and stand by the club until we returned.

Just to lighten the mood a little.
I almost nodded off on the last train home to killie last night,, fortunately a couple of bears where on hand to gee me a wee shove prior to my stop or I would have been waking up in Dumfries lol.
I have come close on a couple of occasions which is why I never head straight back to Newcastle after matches as that train usually goes all the way to London (nightmare scenario)
I have fallen asleep on the tube and went around a couple of times with no fucker waking me tho lol
So where is the worst place you have woken up on the way home after a match and a few sherbits lol ?

Yeh,, I got there about 1830 ish and got sent around the back,,, had to drink a couple of bottles of bud as couldn't get in to get a pint,,, but by time I drank the buds I managed to slip in as I was on my own and get a couple of pints,,,, must have been loads in to watch it in there as well tho. Was much easier after the game,,,never get why people would rather stand in that subway que when you can pop in have a pint or two then come out when the que gone,,,, still had time to get into central for last train to killie. £2.10 for a half pint in that pub in the station tho ,, robbing cunts

The only thing that bothers me when all the extra bods turn up is that bloody que in the Loudon at the Bar!! Normally see a few faces in there I recognize standing in their usual spots,, no last night tho was almost impossible getting to the bar and the bear garden means bottles and standing in the pishin rain lol

An early goal and they will shite it!! Hibs where and are a better team than them lot. We just couldn't take our chances or convert our possession into goals tonight,, they got a couple of chances and took them. Honestly until they scored I never even really felt worried that they might score against us,,,, in the Hibs games tho I always felt a goal coming.
They are shite,, show em zero respect on Sunday and go for the jugular ,,, having said that should they get one with us going all gung ho then it would be curtains,,, 90 mins,,, only half time,, keep the faith bears, we can still do it!,, we have overcome better than Motherwell before when it mattered !!!

At least tonight he wasn't just lumping the ball forward constantly,, that alone is a big improvement from the Hibs game,, think somebody must have had a word with him tbh. In that Hibs game when we couldn't keep hold of the ball for 2 mins every time he got it he fucking punted it and I never saw a rangers player receive it from one of them kicks once !!! Kept letting Hibs come on to us over and over. Couldn't believe McCall never pulled him for that,,, I mean if I can fucking notice it then so should a professional manager for fuck sake!!
