I was lucky enough to get David Mason to take some time to answer a few questions on his role as club historian. He gave some fascinating answers including some details on Bill Struth's Diamond Ring and Carl Hansen's headstone! We certainly have an unrivalled history, we should celebrate it a bit more! http://www.therangersstandard.co.uk/index.php/articles/club-history/251-struth-s-diamond-ring-a-bowler-hat-and-a-labour-of-love-interview-with-david-mason-official-RFC-historian
Thanks for the comments on the article. One thing I couldn't find out for sure was what became of the Warm Up Area. I'd hazard a guess that it is now where the Food Stalls are that run along the Main Stand at ground level, just as you enter through the turnstiles, but as it was before my time (honest) it really is a guess! Anyone know for sure? Cheers!
It's been a well used saying over the seasons, Always Cheated, Never Defeated. Here's some proof that this season in particular, they have never dropped points or lost a cup game in a fair fashion! @RangersFACTS Blog
