McFly & Sou Thankyou both for your input and support, again, it's greatly appreciated. I would like to set the record straight here once and for all.... I didn't go on to Real Radio with the slightest intention of having a go at Kris Boyd or any other Rangers player for that matter, unfortunately for me, Ewan set the trap and I walked straight into it. Over the piece I thought I gave as good as I got but left frustrated that I didn't get to unload my loathing for Celtic I wanted to ask Celtic fans what they had to say about "Davie The Pensioner Weir?" a man they've laughed at time and again because of his age. I wanted to ask them: How good was he on Sunday? when he stuck Skippy and The Tranny in his back pocket and showed Loovens and McManus what the art of defending is all about. I wanted to ask them about their "Darlingbhoy Scott Brown?" and ask if they think he's worth £5 million then Steven Davis must be worth DOUBLE that because he's TWICE the player Scott Brown will ever be! I wanted to ask them what happened to their "OMG THEY'VE SIGNED KENNY" banners and T-Shirts, that's twice he's banged in a double against them and also played a major part in Davis's goal when we beat them 1-0 at Ibrox in the title showdown last season. How they must detest the sight of him. Anyway, just feel a little better after getting that off my chest.

:lol: Maybe I should put your name forward next time then - you sound a fairly level headed individual that wouldn't let yourself or Rangers down. It's one thing sitting here stating your opinions on a football forum where everyone's faceless but quite another having a mike thrust in front of you knowing that people are just waiting on one slip in order to bury you. You don't have a "Preview Post" button and once you've said it your arse is your own. You sound like one of these "I'd have said this and I'd have said that" type of guys but when push comes to shove I think your arse would go. I wouldnt for one thing slate any the players. My arse wouldnt go as i would only annoy the manks so any reply from them shot down with a "the ref only saying he got the pentaly wronmg as he didnt want his windows put in or hit with a lighter" soon shuts them up when you can hit them with facts. I was working late last night thats why i caught you on the radio (only the start) but the way you came across you didnt sound like a ger . Brilliant, delighted you've got it all figured out. All we have to do now is try and get you on the show and you can let them have it!! ....."Davy1shoe, the man with all the answers." You just don't get it, do you? Ewan calls the shots and you only get to speak when he lets you - he also decides what topics you're allowed to get involved in. And then of course they filter the calls and emails so anyone that wants to support you and your point of view doesn't seem to get on air. It's one big set up, all they're interested in is the number of listeners tuning in, they want to make the programme as controversial as possible. I made one remark about Boyd and they were on to it in a flash because they saw the potential in it and of course all those that love Kris Boyd jammed the switchboard to get at Ole Blouie. What I'm trying to say is all is not as it may seem in Real Radio land - I'm a wiser man today than I was this time yesterday and only wish I had my chance over again. But hey, you think you know better so don't let me stop you. PS Thanks to all the members on RM that PM'd me in support. I was surprised to be honest but extremely appreciative none the less. What, hang my head in shame because I said what I believe to be the truth, is that what you're saying? I was asked what I thought about Kris Boyd being offered a new contract and said I didn't rate him and don't think he's Rangers class. We lost a far better striker in Cousin in my opinion but his attitude was shocking and for that reason he had to go. I've already said it's very difficult to argue against Boydies goal scoring record but his all round game falls well short of what I'd expect of a Rangers striker. Perhaps Walter Smith shares that opinion and that's why Boyd doesn't always make the starting eleven.

It's a view shared by the majority with any sense though. Could have been doing with your support last night when I was under siege.
