I do get what happened, it's there in black and white, but getting land for less than the seller originally wanted doesn't necessarily equate to State Aid. Unless there is more info relating to how the District Valuer assessed the land, there is no proof that it was sold too cheap. There is also an area adjacent to this land which Celtic already owned so the two together could perhaps increase the value straight off. As I have stated previously, there could be something in it all, but the 'evidence' on that Footballtaxhavens site is riddled with holes that I found, so just imagine what an expert lawyer would do to it.
