If Cortes, Danilo, ridvan and Sima were all fit I have no doubt we’d have been better off than where we are now. The fact we actually went top again was nothing short of a miracle with this squad. He can’t play the way he wants because we have barely any depth and poor quality in that depth. It’s time we put faith in a manager and ditch the old guard. It’s no longer about ability it’s about attitudes, mentality and accepting being second best that is now more damaging. Having a team of limited ability players that give everything every match, that follow instructions and are organised and work as a unit defensively and offensively will get you better results than a team of players with ability when they can be bothered trying.
