What it should be ... would drop Tav/Kiernan/Halliday/Waghorn....replace them with Hodson/Houston/Holt/Dodoo...
Do you mean Houston from the Sissys of Struth.?

Its been happening the past few weeks. I get the rest of the sound but absolutely no commentary.
Just spent £1200 on a 52inch plasma. They promised me no sound or pictures during Rangers games. Fucking bargain.

If we're going to win ugly we should get Davie Dodds back. At least we'll be halfway there

If he doesn't talk about what he's gonna do and just does it people would criticise him for not being transparent enough.
Nonsense. He just needs to appoint somebody and anounce it. Not give us waffle and rumours.
However if he does fancy being transparent he could give us a breakdown of the £20m or so in loans.

King will just be trying to spin this out in order to secure season ticket renewals. Like you, I can't see the appointment being up to the calibre we need. There's no money for that. King promised to bring in additional investment and he has failed to do that.
Exactly. I really can't understand folk getting excited by anything King says we're going to do.
Just DO it Dave. No need for waffle and promises just deliver.

What I find depressing isn't so much where we are, but more the fact of where we are after 5 years of rebuilding.
What I find more depressing is there's nothing to suggest it will get better.
If we were playing to crowds of 20,000 somebody might take a punt and invest in the hope of attracting bigger crowds.
However we're at near capacity for every home game, TV revenue and league prize money is about as good as it gets. The only other worthwhile revenue we could get is the CL which seems like it'll be beyond us for a few years yet.
So I just can't see how things will improve. Depressing.

We were shite against Morton, but it's taken over a week to "ramp up" the search?

what makes club 1872 or this board a bunch of Bawbags?
They appear to be "toothless tigers"

Why aren't the pies as hot as they used to be.?

So they're thinking about perhaps considering the possibility that they should weigh up the pros and cons of maybe asking a question.
Bunch of fucking bawbags

I was excited until I realised I misread it. Thought we were getting Rowan Atkinson

Getting rid of the last management team, was purely a short term gain in terms of payroll, and long term pain in terms of compo.
Who do think is going to have to pay the compo. It certainly won't be King.

The cancer that is David Murray is the reason we are where we are today.
Ripped the heart and soul out the club and we've been passed us on to one crook after another ever since he passed us on to Whyte. Still maintain he hand picked him to do his dirty work for him, 'duped' my arse.
Utter, utter cunt of a man.
I agree to an extent. However we were presented. With a clean slate and then Charles Green shit all over it. Since then it's just been different shades of shit

There is no external debt, only 'debt' to shareholders who have committed to ongoing funding.
We also spent 250 k on a player 3 weeks ago and are interviewing perspective DOF's and Managers atm.
hardly the actions of folk who are going to say "no"
Not really a good example. I understand that we got £250k for Gilks and his replacement is on a lower salary.
That plus the undue haste with which we despatched the management team, speaks strongly of people saying no, enough is enough

this is absolutely baffling chat there is no real evidence that the loans are a long term strategy. other running costs are covered by matchday revenue and season ticket income. plus King & others have too much to lose to let things get worse... this is a long term game, we need to keep our heads up
How is it baffling. The question was "how does it make admin a possibility" I'm not saying it will happen, just that it's possible.

So how does this make administration a possibility?
The loans are not a bottomless pit. Eventually the people putting in loans will say "no".
That will leave us unable to meet payroll and other running costs.

Step one. Get rid of King

If he does well on Sunday and we will convincingly then I can see the board giving him it till the end if the season
We're skint. Regardless of results, unless somebody is prepared to work for free then it'll be Murty until the end of the season. Maybe even beyond.

Our away GD is minus 4. Which is the worst of any top 6 side. An honour we share with Hearts.
Even Partick Thistle are one better than us.

Yes I am being pedantic but you said "The only way we'll finish second is if Aberdeen let us." That is a false statement.
I agree. You ARE being pedantic.

I agree with everything you said there, but that's not what you said in the original post.
I think you'll find it is. I finish by saying I don't think we'll get second unless Aberdeen falter. Which is hardly different to my original post.

Not true. If we win all of our remaining games we will finish second.
That would mean beating Aberdeen away, where the have only lost once and that was to the runaway leaders.
Despite how well we played there last time, and the fact that we deserved to take something from that game, I really can't see us winning there.
If we get a draw there and beat them at Ibrox then we could still finish ahead of them if we match their other results.
However I'm not sure we can finish second unless they falter.
Murty.

He's doing a job that nobody else wants. He's doing it badly, but what do you expect from somebody with so little experience.
King has to go.
