Jury's still out tbh. I'd say our recruitment has been very good this window, but in all honesty it's not as if we've even came close to 'unearthing' anyone. Murphy, Cummings and Martin's availability would have reached us through agents alone regardless of who our manager or head of recruitment was, and Docherty caught the eye in the same league we play in.  And Goss and Declan John ain't no diamonds.

    A week ago they were.

  2. He was at Boness last night. He was on form with the crowd, however the top tier couldn't make out what anyone was saying so most of us walked out. The sound was absolute shit. Waited 2.5 hours for him to talk after all the pictures and auction shite. Poorly organised by the company.

  3. Fantastic transfer window for the club & we can take things on going forward. Exciting times at Rangers, Ibrox getting attention it deserves, investment on the horizon & under Mark Allens guidance, targets for next season are mouthwatering
Onwards & upwards for our club ?⚪️?

You'd give Kenny Miller another contract?  He'll be 39 in December FFS!

Yes. He still scores vital goals. I would rather have him on the bench than Herrera or Dalcio.

I stayed a 10min walk from it a couple of years ago for a few months, but na don't stay anywhere near it. I'm RIGHT on the West Coast. Closest I've every properly lived to the ground is Castlemilk.

    Look at this

I would buy an Ibrox one if I had the money.

I have no idea. They never had any paint on them at all when I went there.

I recorded that documentary and have just finished watching it. Very sad story :(  makes you wonder what kind of supports both us and the taigs would have today...

You obviously took my advice about going there as soon as you could.

    Did you enjoy it?

Just watched it there after taping it.

If Rangers was never around, it seems the type of club I would have enjoyed following. It seemed quite a popular team.

Yeah it's a cracking ground. I really hope the amateur team continue to rise up the divisions. They want to be in league 2 within the next 10 years. Hopefully they get the investment to upgrade the ground.

Do you live near that area?

  7. Embarrassing article.

The boy has every right to go to America. Better lifestyle, no hassle in the city, more money and a better standard of league. The MLS pisses over Scotland. Us and the scum would give their teams a game but they have a better standard and the future is bright for American soccer.

  8. I went to visit it today on the back of this topic. My first time there and it was amazing to see. Standing there imagining the history on that ground. Quite sad as well. Nobody else was about which made it a unique experience.

Sadly, the road going into the park was through a scheme so I'm not sure if there is another entrance. I'm not too sure what the area would have been like previously. If there is a better entrance, then perhaps some development can restore the club and stadium. So weird to see the leaning bannisters in amongst trees.

It is near Hampden but hopefully that dump will be knocked down.

Here are some pictures I took.
