Can you not just go into 'programs' and uninstall anything you don't want?

I think its the animal porn that he is worried about

Shh!

I thought I told you to keep quiet :pipe:

Nah, it's just I thought that if some random files that were not required could be removed then it might speed up my computer

Following on from CR's thread for the virus scanners, I was wondering if anyone knew any good (free) programs out there that would clear files so that my performance could improve?

"Advanced SystemCare Free provides a convenient way for non-technical users to perform routine maintenance and apply system optimization tweaks without the need to become a computer geek

I've been using Advanced SystemCare (FREE) for a while now and find it is easily the best program at the moment to clear out junk files, You can use Advanced SystemCare for a few different options for your pc like de-fragging, optimize your internet connection or free up ram on your pc if you feel its sluggish. For anybody who has never used any of Iobit products i would highly recommend them (tu).

Iobit have a Free Anti Virus, Game Booster & Advanced SystemCare all in one program for download called Iobit 360

"The most essential tool in your computer security arsenal. The most notable thing about IObit Security 360 is it's ultra-fast scanning speed, and deadly accuracy/power in detecting and the removal of spyware. It can easily detect and remove(or quarantine)hundreds or even thousands of threats in your system, while still has a decent record of scanning speed at only a couple of minutes on a normal computer. There are endless stories about how good and what a life-saver IObit Security 360 is, you wouldn't want to miss it!
