Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
The FA is too review Alex Ferguson's comments about the referee following the 2-2 draw with Arsenal. He has been quoted as saying: "He has a chance to be the top referee but it was a big game and, at times, he favoured Arsenal," Ferguson told MUTV. "Their second goal came from him not giving a free-kick for a foul on Louis Saha. It should've been a foul for us." He also states that the referee (Howard Webb) has the potential to go on and be one of the world's top referees. It is my view, that in certain circumstances no manager should be punished for venting their anger/frustration at decisions made by referees. Each case should be looked at individually and the circumstance (if it isn't done already) should be taken into consideration. Especially as referees do make mistakes. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...utd/7078734.stm
