Great performance from Scotland yesterday. Fair play to Wales as well. I'm an England fan and will always back the home nations after my own country as do other English lads I know. The banter between us is top notch and I'll usually prefer to keep it in good humour. Must be my age talking!

As an England fan, this is one of the tournaments where I barely have much optimism and fully expect the banter to come our way when we likely underperform which leads to the possible sacking of Southgate! How he's left out some players and picked others who hardly get game time or haven't got any form is criminal.

I'm an Englishman so I might not have all the information but Gerrard should've stayed at Rangers imo, not because of what's happening at Villa but the fact he could've built on success up north. Look at Lampard, decided to leave Derby in a flash and got blinded by the Chelsea job which turned into a failure. Not to forget he was almost relegated with Everton and isn't exactly setting the world on fire right now either.

As an Arsenal and Rangers fan (family ties), I really hope you lot smash Liverpool at Ibrox... cannot stand them from an English point of view and love how we humbled those smug scousers recently. Their defence looks shaky plus they'll definitely be without Trent and Diaz who has been one of the better players for them this season. I was going to say Salah but he's gone missing and got absolutely bullied off the park by Tomiyasu. Go for it lads! 🇬🇧

Double post but: Speaking of Arsenal and Rangers, we have important history which some people seem to overlook! I'll always appreciate how you basically saved our club from going under and bought vital shares around the early 1900's when Tottenham (cunts) and Chelsea were basically trying to absorb us. I highly doubt we'd exist if your lot hadn't stepped in. No wonder I've always got time for the Gers, as should all Gooners!

Genuine question from an Englishman with a Scottish side in the family - and correct me if I'm wrong, but do many clubs in Britain actually like "them"? Down south, they might have a bit of a connection with one or two clubs like Liverpool (we don't consider them English anyway) but that's about it compared to Rangers who have proper loyal followers from all over the place. I know fans of Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham, Millwall and so on who cannot stand them green lot for many reasons. Sunderland even showed that a few years back when they came over and tried to cause trouble but got dealt with, still love the sight when one of their fans was laid out on a Union Jack pillow! Don't get me started on flags either because that's another confusing and backwards view they seem to have with their "anti" stance on everything. I don't know how much I'm allowed to say though. Sorry, a bit of late rant but I can't sleep with this humid weather bollocks anyway. Arsenal/Rangers supporter.

I follow Arsenal and Rangers (family connection) so I'm enjoying the start we've both had so far! Won't get ahead of myself as it's early doors but seeing Sp*rs luck their way to a dodgy draw and Man Utd where they are is jokes. Liverpool don't seem to be reading the script as yet either.

I wonder if that includes the famous "Audi cup" or whatever they won some time ago... 😂

Goes to show Rangers can give the higher up PL clubs a run for their money. Yeah, it's pre season and all but strong teams played. I remember you giving us (Arsenal) a good test when we were up north not too long ago.

Englishman here but, as a human being, I cannot stand "them" and I'd go into detail yet would be here all day! One reason is my grandad was born in Scotland, supported Rangers, and even hated wearing anything green or their colour so that definitely helped. Just typing this though is already raising my blood pressure so I'll leave it here for now. Cheers.
