  1. The physical fitness could be a bit better, but the technical ability should be far superior.
  2. Exactly what happened with Fleck. He was out boozing all the time, absolute waste of a talent. They should with-hold a percentage of player's wages until they leave the club, wether they be sold or their contract runs out.
  3. How can you not blame the players for not having the mentality to better themselves? Surely that IS their fault?? Yeah the young players are the ones that have been impressing so far and good on them. It's refreshing to see some young boys in the team outshining the old guard.
  4. An extra hour a day working on anything and you will notice a difference. Let them work on defending corners. They will improve.
  5. Something that we lack in Scotland. Hardly anyone has that will to work hard and better their own game.
  6. My point exactly. We train far less than the big teams. And the players do far less individual work.
  7. I have been to watch the team train numerous times. They are all out the door as soon as lunch is finished. Have you been to see them train? And the fact that half of them are on twitter from 2pm onwards proves that they aren't still training.
  8. Yes. We are terrible at defending crosses into the box at the moment, be it from corners or free-kicks.
  9. It doesnt need to be hard physical training. Set piece practice would be good. We are terrible at defending free-kicks and corners at the moment. Even taking time to watch videos together of your next opponents. Talk tactics. These things help massively.
  10. With the current performance levels, the whole team should be staying behind. The fact that some of them have been tweeting since 2pm, suggests otherwise. Take a trip to Auchenhowie just now then, see for yourself.
  11. It's the players', manager's and coaching team's fault. The players should want to stay on and do extra training to up their game, like the best players in the world do. The manager and coaching staff should be demanding that they stay behind till performances improve.
  12. You have never agreed with anything I've said, so there's no point in arguing with you. The players don't train enough. If they did, they wouldn't be drawing and losing away to plumbers and lollipop men. It's embarrassing.
  13. Oh do shut up. Prove me wrong then, who stays behind? Show me proof.
  14. There's not enough running done in training either.
  15. I have been to watch them train. Also, the fact that the lot of them are all over twitter from about 2pm onwards pretty much says that they aren't training.
  16. As I said, the best players in the world stay on after team training is finished to improve their own game. None of our players do this.
  17. Football has changed since then. Most footballers used to drink and smoke. There wasn't a demand to be in peak physical condition back then. There is now, hence why footballers aren't out drinking constantly.
  18. The best players in the world stay on after team training is finished and continue to practice to improve their techniques. Our players don't. This is why Scotland are so far behind as a nation. There isn't a will to be better.
  19. They train for about 3 hours roughly, and that includes lunch at Auchenhowie.
  20. It absolutely infuriates me that out team is playing pretty pish at the moment yet the players continue to knock-off training at 2pm and are all over Twitter? Surely they should be working as hard as ever to improve their performances? Am I the only one in this boat? They are getting paid a fortune, they should be made to work for it properly. Some of our managers from the past would be spinning in their graves if they knew this was happening.
  21. Glen Johnson is an absolutely terrible defender.
  22. Fabrice Muamba. Used to be good, not anymore.
